Great company Andy came out so quick same day and fitted new room thermostat and receiver was friendly prompt and helped me have heating back when no one else would. All done with no cost will definitely recommend to others and will contact again if I ever have more problems.

I had Elite heating install a replacement central heating system in my house during August 25. The engineer who did the install Bill, went about his work in a very professional way. From draining down and removing the old system on the Monday to completing the installation on the Wednesday we could not of been more pleased. Without a doubt we would recommend Elite Heating.

We called Andy Kitt, who came round the same day to talk to us about our options. He listened to everything we said and answered all our questions simply and clearly, which we appreciated. He also offered his professional advice and recommendations. We didn't feel under any pressure and really felt that he understood what we wanted. He emailed us quotes for the various options within a couple of days. We had a few more questions, which he clarified, then we fixed an installation date for the following week.
George arrived promptly at 8.00 am. He familiarised himself with our old heating system and explained what he was going to do, then lost no time in starting. He demonstrated impressive workmanship that was wholly competent, methodical, neat and tidy. He kept us updated throughout the day, and by the time he left at 7.00pm he had removed all the old system (boiler, pipes, tanks, cylinders and pump) and installed the new boiler, pipework and thermostatic radiator valves. He left us with central heating and hot water for overnight, then came back again the next day to make final adjustments.
George has an excellent work ethic and a comprehensive range of skills, including his pipework and brickwork. He was reassuring and courteous throughout the whole installation process and we could not have asked for a better or more competent engineer.
Andy came back on the second day, to make sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. He completed the registration paperwork and guarantees, and explained how to operate the thermostat control unit. All the old materials were taken away.
We found the whole experience to be straightforward, stress free and excellent value for money. We would highly recommend Elite Heating Services to anyone considering a boiler and heating system replacement.

This company installed a very expensive central heating installed and water pump. When it failed to work 8 months later, they did not respond and intentionally avoided calls.
