Ordered faceplates and accidentally got the wrong ones. They state on the website the return process is hassle free which I did not find it to be. After I contacted them, it took 3 days for them to reply to my original email asking for a returns label, which frankly is quite strange there’s no proper returns process. It then took them another 4 days to get a return label to me, 3 days later than they said it would take. Additionally, I’m quite disappointed that the refund wasn’t for the full amount I paid. My original invoice doesn’t state any charges for shipping so when my refund came back in less I was confused as no communication from them informed me it would be less, in fact the first email of refund confirmation shows it would be for the full amount. Wouldn’t recommend using this company as it was all just a big hassle and quite disappointing.

Great products, quality

Changes the PS5 Pro look, it was a bit fiddley to get top covers back on, but lights up and changes the look of the console, so very happy with covers.

The controller cover made it to my house in one piece. The cover fits a little lose on my PS5 controller but still feels good in the hand. Unfortunately, there was only one set of thumb stick covers when the listing said there would be two.

Great quality product, came really quick

Order some faceplates for my PlayStation 5 pro , I had some suspicious black dots on my original PlayStation 5 pro , so I decide to clean them and used a lot forced to clean them and then once I cleaned there was 2 stains. Unfortunately Sony doesn’t do original PlayStation 5 pro faceplates so I have to use 3rd parties. I did not have any faith in it but oh my god it took me by surprise they are a chefs kiss couldn’t be more happier solid 5/5

This was my first time ordering from Eliteplay. The products were more than fair in price and I couldn't have been happier. I did however order the wrong cover and had sent an email to explain this. They had emailed back the same day and had sent me a link to make sure that the one I wanted was correct. Luckily and gratefully, this was sorted out and the cover I needed was replaced and sent out. I would recommend Eliteplay to everyone as the products are brilliant and the staff are amazing. Thank you so much. If there were more stars, I'd give much more.

I was sceptical buying from a website I've not heard of, there was a small delay with my order but I was informed straight away. The Spiderman plates turned up, they're better than I expected, they look so good! Perfect fit as well, will be back when I want another set.
