I tried to get a refund for a aircon unit which arrived with some damage and so noisy you could not hear the tv above the sound. They refused to send me a return label and did not acknowlege they fact it had been damaged also, they told me as the unit was working if I wanted to send it back I would have to pay £30. This company are a con, I would tell anyone not to trust them in the future.

Dealing with this despicable, diabolical and dreadful firm has all the hallmarks of criminal activity. I ordered something on the 3rd July, tried to cancel it Immediately but was told the item was in transit and couldn't be cancelled. On the 13th July this item arrived and I refused to accept it. I have since emailed this firm several times and they will not issue a refund of nearly £100. Their Customer Service is nonexistent and you cannot ring them. Like true snake oil sellers, British law doesn't apply to this despicable firm even though they are based in the UK. This firm has gone out of its way to do everything it can to blame the customer and thus accept no responsibility for its actions. Avoid this con-artist firm at all costs and spend your money elsewhere.

My order is still missing after three months and a refund refused on the basis that the courier has not declared it lost.
The courier has no idea where it is, it’s not been seen, probably never despatched.

My compression leggings were delivered to the wrong state according to their tracking information. Elivara will not refund my $75. They keep telling me to wait while they check it out. It's been almost 3 months. I would not recommend doing business with them.

I bought 2 pair in my size, using their size chart. They were too long and from the kneed down way too loose. I contacted them letting them know that they did not work for me. Rather that offer to excgange for a different size,style or return for a full refund, they offered me a 15% refund and I could keep them. I would have to return them to China on my dime to get a refund. That, in itself was going to cost a pretty penny. Based on my interaction via email, I was also concerned that they could claim not receiving them and I'd be out the cost of 2 pair of leggings and the cost of returning them! I had no choice but to keep them and pay to get them altered. Terrible customer service. Don't waist your money on these. I learned my lesson, to be sure returns are also covered when purchasing from these online sites.

Havde bestilt en auto Warm som skulle holde bilens ruder fri for is. Fik noget der hed RAYHONG Electromagnetic som lignede det jeg havde bestilt.
Det viste sig at være noget ubrugeligt plastic som ikke duede til noget som helst. skrev og klagede men få ingen svar. Køb ikke noget fra det firma

I was very excited to receive my order. Although it took 2.5 months, the company stated they were waiting to receive the order from China.
Once received, I tried one pair on the plane. The material is very thick, and my legs did not cool down. Stockings do not breathe and hold heat.
I ordered three pairs, and two are still in the same package.
I was a bit late for the refund, and of course, they refused. It states it helps with lipedema, but I did not experience any circulatory compression. Unfortunately, I lost $147.00.
Please do not purchase.

Har bestilt vare i marts måned. Har selvfølgelig betalt med trods flere forsøg på at komme i kontakt med firmaet, har jeg ikke fået min vare eller for den sags skyld fået noget svar.

Har bestilt i Mars måneds, ikke modtaget varen og selv om har sendt et par stykke mail, har heller ikke høret en lyd af dem. Jeg mellem dem snart til politiet

Jeg fik ikke varen. Men jeg betalte med PayPal, så jeg fik pengene tilbage fordi Paypal allerede havde blacklisted firmaet.
