Good service, quality products. I've been buying here for a long time and I always come back here again. Very satisfied.

I placed an order on Feb 21 (GBP £497.08), and it was shipped to Canada on Feb 28. But on Mar 25, Canadian Customs refused it and sent it back. Elivera UK received the returned package on Apr 15.

Since then, I've emailed multiple times with no response, and their phone number doesn't work. I still haven’t received my order or a refund. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

I honestly wouldn’t even give their customer service one star — they don’t deserve it. I spent nearly £500, and after my order was rejected by Canadian Customs and returned (which they received over a month ago), I’ve heard nothing.

I’ve emailed over and over — completely ignored. Tried calling? The number doesn’t even work. It’s beyond frustrating.
I feel completely scammed. This is not how a serious company treats its customers.

They are ripping people off with their prices.
Products at their originated Country cost 300% less. (Valdix Noc) valerian tablets.
And seems Im not the only one who they are trying to day-light robber!

Don't trust this website when it comes to product prices because they are overpriced. For example, ZUBER healing water, which I buy for £8 for 3L, costs £40 on their website. This is robbery!!!! The water is fantastic, has a specific composition and requires longer use. It comes from Poland and is used in health resorts. Don't overpay!!!!

Scammers. Stopped responding to emails. Order never arrived, was returned to sender.

Selling items from Televisions to Prescription Goods -It's questionable whether any items are from authentic sources. As of 2021.GOV lists the company as dissolved, however stock is still purchasable. Be aware items may not be received & you'll likely be charged.

I ordered a product, it came from EU so they werent able to send me tracking. This is the only answer I got from them.
After 2 weeks I wanted to cancel the order, as there was still news about it but they did not respond to my email. Obviously no phone number.
Tried another email. No response.
A month later a product arrived. Another email still no response.
Avoid. Not worth the hassle.

I ordered and paid on 27th November (order no 8394) but still haven't received my order. I sent an email on 4th December and was told I'll receive it this week. I'll post again IF I receive it but it's already taken too long. The only part that worked well and instantly was acceptance of payment. Funny that!
