Delivery much slower than advertised
I ordered through this company as they were advertising speedy delivery on their website, quicker than Amazon for the same products which aligned with my schedule for planting.
Ended up taking nearly a fortnight so had to buy from Amazon as well in the end.
The response from the company when I enquired about the length of time I’d waited I was told that due to their peak season they were behind, all gardeners know that peak season starts in March so felt entirely fobbed off.

My order took longer than expected to arrive, unfortunately it wasn’t packaged well and arrived damaged, (not necessarily the company’s fault) , in fact the business did offer to replace any lost product.

I'm giving this 5 star because I think the canes were exceptional quality the 2 packs of 10 @ 7ft I purchased did not look like they had been lying around for months.
Well packaged but not excessively so and prompt delivery.
Good value for money I would certainly buy again.

Cost of the items was very reasonable, all items arrived in 2 deliveries, communication could have been a bit better regarding dispatch of the items but staff were very helpful when I rang up to query it.
