DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! My first exchange was great. Pants too large, customer service issued another pair and received. Then a week later, another pair came. I called to return and was told they only honor one return and explained I didn’t order a third pair! They told me they could only email me a 50% off coupon . The pants overpriced, so I ended up with 2 pair of the same pants, both of which I don’t like on.

Na een maand nog altijd niets ontvangen. Verzocht om het betaalde bedrag terug te storten, maar krijg steeds opnieuw hetzelfde soort mailtjes dat het écht onderweg is en géén antwoord op mijn terugstortingsverzoek.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM SCAM RIPOFF Iwouldnt give them any stars i spend £72 on two jumpers ment to be size medium grey and cream i was totally shocked at what I received nothing like the picture made from a cheap fleece fabric no labels on them they are huge they measure about 4ft wide i used this site as they stated they are uk based i waited a long time for delivery only to find they came from China i have sent several emails about returning items for a refund as they are not what I ordered and sub standard i have been totally ignored hard lesson learnt from these scammers

Do not buy from this site - it's fake and from china - terrible quality worse than amazon accounts.

I wouldn’t even rate this company only to highlight they DO NOT WANT TO GIVE ANY REFUNDS. THEY SEND WRONG SIZED PRODUCTS , DAMAGE ON CLOTHING .
ALL THE CLOTHING (3 items ) had absolutely no labels on supposedly new clothing. THEN AS ITEMS WERE NOT FIT FOR INTENDED PURPOSES THEY WANT ME TO RETURN TO CHINA EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY THEY ARE BASED IN DUBLIN BUT A NETHERLANDS BASED COMPANY AND WANT ME TO PAY THE SHIPPING. NOT ONE PIECE IF THIS INFORMATION IS ON THEIR WEBSITE. And postal address is from Dublin !! Again they are offering me a 30% refund.

Wat een troep!!! Ik wilde niet bij Shein of Temu bestellen en zo kwam ik dus bij Ella&Rose uit. Dacht dat het gewoon een Nederlands bedrijf was. Niet dus! Shit zooi uit China krijg je toegestuurd. Wat stom dat ik niet eerst de reviews heb bekeken. Mensen koop hier niks!!! Het is regelrechte rotzooi

It’s been a month since I ordered and still no delivery. The tracking number provided did work and there response continues to be it is on its way please be patient. Definitely not Australian company as stated on website.
Complete scammers, avoid at all cost.

Save your hard earned cash and do not buy from Ella Ware. There are many fashion websites that are linked to China but look or state that they are an Australian business and this is one of them. The clothes do not look like the website, cheap awful fabric used and the design is woeful. Not to mention the months waiting for this crap to arrive. No returns policy that makes sense as not paying to send the crap back to China. I will be thoroughly researching clothes companies before purchasing. It is disgusting how they continue to get away with breaking our false advertising laws. Scammers.

i ordered last month and it still hasn’t arrived and when i emailed them numerous of times i haven’t gotten a reply.

Verschrikkelijk bedrijf, koop hier a.u.b. nooit!
Ik heb al mijn artikelen geretourneerd omwille van de slechte kwaliteit van de kleding. Je mag volledig zelf opdraaien voor de retourzendingskosten. Hoewel het een Nederlandse website heeft, is de retour niet naar Nederland maar naar China… Dan beweren ze op hun website dat een retour naar China €15 kost. Ik heb minimum €50 betaald. Ze wilde bovendien absoluut geen retour van de artikelen terug betalen. Het beste wat ze wilde aanbieden was 25% van het totaal aankoopbedrag terugbetalen en de artikelen (die enorm tegenvallen van stof en kwaliteit) te behouden.
Ondertussen wacht ik al 4 maanden op een retour terugbetaling van de artikelen.

Do not purchase from this company. They are not Australian based. Cost $26 Aussie dollars to return an item that arrived faulty. Still waiting on a refund (3 months later) and they are no longer answering my emails. Buyer beware. Go to Kmart, you’ll find better quality and customer service!!!!!

Product was inferior to advertised item. Although claiming you can get a refund it's impossible to do do.

SCAM! Took weeks to send order, ignored all comms on all channels. What arrived was complete rubbish.

Ordered the Marianne/Breezy Confidence Dress Size 18 on 9th Aug received on the 27th Aug, I did have to send an email asking where the dress was, as they state that it is posted within Australia. After trying on the $64-84 dress and also getting a foreign fee charged to my credit card! I found that it was not a good fit, and not a quality fabric very disappointed with the dress, I emailed them straight away and said I wanted to return the dress. Correspondence first email by ellawear offered a 50% discount on the next order, 2nd email a 10% refund and no return of dress – 3rd email 15% refund and no return of dress, I said no, so return address was then in china and told to pay postage and also any customs duties or taxes that may apply during clearance are the responsibility of the customer. Not happy with this I think that it is false advertising saying they are in Australia but returns to China. Very poor I have learnt my lesson and will certainly advise everyone -DON’T BUY FROM THEM. Also on the return policy nowhere does it say returns are to China. UPDATE December still no refund UPDATE 13/12/2025 the item was returned to me in Australia from china well after 3 months when I ordered this poor quality dress, there has been over 20 emails. Last email I told them item was return to Australia and to give me an Australian address they won’t supply one and have offered 20% refund, if I want a refund they want me to send to china again. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR DO NOT BUY FROM ELLAWEAR have learnt my lesson $90-00 just handed over to them really.

Material and cut very poor quality. Team evaded supplying a return address and a full refund. Automated responses never address concerns.

Waardeloze kwaliteit en extreem hoge retourkosten gezien het vanuit Azie wordt verstuurd. Nooit kopen!

Vreselijk niks anders dan dropschipping, bestel een broek krijg die eindelijk geleverd is het de verkeerde . Stuur foto's van de broek en foto van de bestelde broek komen niet over een . Mail reactie krijg je na heel lang aandringen en excuses in overvloed waar je niks aan hebt ! Uiteindelijk een mail dat de broek niet goed is en wat ik wil vraag dus lever mij de bestelde broek. Dat is akkoord en krijg vandaag een mail dat de broek die geleverd is wel de goed is dus geen recht heb op de broek die ik besteld had. Kan wel retour doen maar dan kost dit geld want het moet terug naar China. Zit dus nu met een verkeerd geleverd broek waar ik niks mee kan. Heb een gepeperde mail gestuurd maar ja hier doen ze niks mee . Trap er niet in vond de dezelfde broek die ik bij hun besteld had bij Temu en die leveren wel in 10 dagen en de goed. Advies hoe mooi de website is het is een waardeloos bedrijf die gerund wordt door oplichters!!!
