I've noticed a slight improvement in my joint pain since wearing the bangle. However, at the beginning, there were slight bubbles in the water in the mug. But I've noticed they are no longer there. I have not washed it. I stand it beside my bed and drink the water first thing upon waking up. Doesn't imthe mug tend to lose its affect?

Beautifully made jade copper bangle and ring love wearing them, not sure if I’m benefiting yet from their healing properties but it’s a process .. they did take a wee while ti be delivered but they are made to order a very personal touch .. I love them

My only complaint is that I became impatient waiting for my ring to arrive, but it was totally worth the wait. I LOVE it and have not taken it off since it arrived.

I thought the one I bought for my wife was fabulous but mine exceeded all expectations - its fabulous. We will be buying others asap.

My lovely looking, supposedly copper bracelet arrived. Less than 24hours later it snapped into 2 .
I had treated it gently, this was a birthday present.
Inside it obviously isn't copper, possibly aluminium as it's a whitish grey colour. The adverts claim their products are pure copper and last a lifetime. BEWARE!

Earrings arrived broken. Very thin probable reason. They were obviously broken when they got boxed. Not great start. No explanation on how to return them. I really was looking forward to the arrival. It took a few weeks for them to get shipped. But now what do I do?

Ordered bracelets for myself and my Husband; they are both beautiful. Would recommend

Received my bracelet yesterday and couldnt be more pleased. Very attractive and comfortable and the customer service was superb. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from again, highly recommended.

First bracelet too big
so they sent me another of a different style smaller with no extra charge
So great customer service and really pretty bracelets.
They take about a week and a bit to come buts that’s ok, but don’t leave it too late for a present.
To send back it costs more than the bracelet was that’s why they sent me another bracelet instead which was good.

I love the copper bracelets, lovely designs, I bought 2 extra ones for presents.

Very happy with our bracelets I bought one for me and my partner as he has arthritis in his hands. He’s been wearing it for about 2 weeks now and hasn’t taken any of his pain meds so far …..

The bracelets are beautiful and their customer service is second to none had a little email from Ella asking how I liked my bracelet I said I had a few scratches on it sent her 2 pics and honestly she couldn't have been more helpful in sending a replacement looking forward to my new bracelet coming what a great company

My original selection was out of stock, but I was contacted promptly with similar alternatives or offer of refund. I chose an alternative and it arrived quite quickly. Beautiful bracelet which looks and feels good quality. It is too soon to tell whether there are any health benefits.
