Such poor quality products - leggings ripped after 2/3 wears, all the stitching came undone and then ripped down the bum area - while I was out as well!
Asked for a replacement and they said no because it was outside the return period.
Poor products and even worse customer service,
Will never shop there again. Would not recommend.

Don’t buy from this company! Received lucky dips, and the items received were not the ones marketed on the rail she was showing on her live. No refund or communication, the lucky dips bags are a scam for her to charge £10 for some awful quality dead stock like the leggings I received! Also items are marketed at a 12-16 which is just ridiculous because that’s not how clothes work, and I’m a size 12, and couldn’t even fit comfortably into the cheap tat I was sent! Stay away from this business , and take your money elsewhere where!!

Low quality items , sizing states 12-16 , leggings were child sized . Wouldn’t accept a return and refund. Don’t buy , I repeat, don’t buy .

This is a true review on her most recent new autumn wear lucky dips. I ordered 2 please beware this is FALSE advertising she sent me a white buttery top that is not new autumn wear that she already offers and sells. Nothing on the rail was included as she states you can get anything on this rail and in reality it's nothing on the rail. You're better off paying full price and buying the item you actually want but personally would not buy again!

Avoid buying from any of these shops, I had to contact the bank to get a refund as non of items arrived and received absolutely no communication from them, since the bank did a investigation they closed one shop down and reopened it under a different name, scamming people again.

I bought an item after washing it once it came out awful. Quality was not there! Won’t be able to wear it again.

Ordered 3 lucky dips after seeing her pack some really nice items, sent a message asking for no gym wear, received gym bra, gym shorts and a shirt that I already had bought from the market for £8, totally disappointed it just a way to get rid of all her old stock, and customer service is non existent, no reply whatsoever

I must say I was contacted today by a very polite person to say the item I had ordered was out of stock and no further stock would be available. They offered a few alternative things but I went with a refund as I wanted the item in the colour I’d requested.
No problems what so ever. The person then came back to tell me my request had been processed and my refund was I. It’s way. So thank you for the good customer service today as this has been a good experience for me.

Please do and buy from who you want to as not everyone has a bad experience. So from me it was a 10/10 today.

I ordered a few things one of them being knitted leggings and a jumper the jumper came apart at the seams after one wash, I contacted to say could I have a replacement or refund to be told they don’t do them but I could have 10% off another order! Why would I want to order again with no refund or replacement. NO THANK YOU

So I purchase a lucky dip . What an absolute waste of money . The tracksuits bottoms that arrived were so off in size , you could fit two of me into them ! Really disappointed …

Sizing is so off that a size 12-16 was compared to my sons 12-18 MONTHS clothes!! I sent pictures of proof and
the email response when I asked for a refund or exchange was argumentative and rude- they really need to work on their responses as they were back chatty/rude/defensive and just generally awful customer service really!
So so so stupidly I gave them another chance and ordered another mystery bag
The leggings ripped after 1 wear… the lounge wear had thread pulls all over it… and the size 12-16 so called stretchy top is currently being worn by my 9 year old niece!! An absolute waste of money!!

I am disappointed with the experience I’ve had with this company as a first time customer (now last time!), I ordered a £15 lucky dip from her website, I have BPD and have impulsive purchases, I tried cancelling the order and told her why I was, to be told I couldn’t but I could return EXCEPT THE £15 LUCKY DIP! on her live she was giving everyone really nice bits in the lucky dip so I was expecting something nice, I received it and I’m utterly disappointed, it’s just a black jumper and she said it’s usually stuff that’s worth more than £15, I just checked it on the website and ITS £15 ON THE WEBSITE! What an absolute joke, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! an absolute scam and really don’t know how to run a business!

Avoid at all costs! Nightmare to return an item and no communication, still awaiting refund despite proof she has received it, signed for and her website states they issue a refund the same day. Wish I’d never been sucked in by her TikTok.

I ordered a 2 piece lounge set in M/L, it was a freebie Friday event so got a jumper in the order for free which was awful quality and tiny. But it was free so not overly bothered about that bit. I tried on the leggings and they went so baggy almost instantly which was a shame. Didn’t even get to wear them out of the house. I liked the top to the two piece set so I wore that for the first time 6 days after receiving the parcel, I only had it on a few hours but I’d been visiting someone in hospital so put it straight in the wash when I got home, after one wash the seam was coming apart at the collar. I contacted to explain this and was told it was worn so they wouldn’t do anything.. but it’s clearly not from wear this is from poor stitching around the tag area of the collar. I have had a few back and forth emails but have been told I can only be offered a ‘small gift card’. Meaning I’d need to spend more money with them which I am not prepared to do. I paid via credit card so phoned my card company who told me to make the retailer aware that the items will be waiting for collection and if they are not collected they will begin the charge back, my card company are very on my side and have said regardless of wear this is not an acceptable length of time for items of clothing to fall apart. I have time stamped photos, emails, screenshots etc so will using this as my evidence to fight their refusal to correct their mistakes.
Clearly this company are not following the SADFART rules. The items must be fit for purpose and last a reasonable amount of time. Considering I contacted less than 10 days after receipt of the parcel and I have photo evidence of the day I wore the top in the hospital I would say I am well within the reasonable time scale. The customer service is shocking. I have NEVER encountered anything like this from a retailer before.

Worst customer service ever experienced. Purchased a 2 piece set and cardigain. The trousers of the set ripped after one wear, I had emailed explaining I would be happy enough with another pair. Complete refusal wouldn’t take them back/refund/exchange. As they had been worn. Yeah worn once for about an hour and ripped. The cardigain I ordered aswell plucked the first time wearing it I had sent multiple photos explaining that I felt the quality was terrible for the price & it shouldn’t be falling apart after one wear, same again nothing offered to me. Was told this was due to “wear and tear” they eventually stopped replying to any of my emails. I had to start commenting on there tik toks to get a response just to be told there was nothing they would do for me. Postage also took 4 weeks with no shipping updated and received a stale lolly pop as a free gift. Shocking business and customer service would never recommend to purchase from this girl all she cares about is a money grab and will sell any cheap rubbish.

I honestly hate to write a review like this but I have to let others know that her lucky dips are absolute scams and she knows what she’s doing. Ella bigs them up on her live Tik Tok sessions and every order she packs on the live are given proper good things like sets and coats etc but the last 3 lucky dips Iv received cheap tat (they were all ordered in one order) that’s not even worth more then £3-5 each from SHEIN, they sent me 3 pairs of the same leggings in 3 different colours, i means come on that’s ridiculous. And it’s only now reading all the reviews hundreds have had the same issue and I wish I had seen them before buying the lucky dips. The stuff I got she wasn’t even advertising as in the lucky dips as an option, which is VERY misleading. After 2 wears one pair of leggings ripped on the inside, I’m a size 6-8 so there was no stress on them. The quality is so bad. I’m just more angry that every live Iv seen since on her lucky dips every order is getting full on top quality items..clearly to just draw people in and then anyone not packed on the lives gets the cheap tat. Don’t waste your money! When i contacted them over it I was literally replied to so rudely basically saying tough and they wouldn’t accept a return. Shocking service. Scam artists.
