This is a lovely bed for the price. I really didn't expect such good quality! The people who delivered were very polite and courteous and on time. Altogether a satisfactory experience which I would recommend.

Everything was as it should be. Nice mattress my back feels better already.

Product and deluvery as described

Very happy with my purchase. Excellent quality and very impressive that it’s made in Yorkshire and made to individual order . Also states the materials and construction. Delivered on time . Very reasonably priced for such quality too .

Great beds at reasonable prices. We are very happy with the delivery team and the quality of the beds. Small hiccup with promised delivery dates, but was quickly sorted to our satisfaction by customer service. Would definitely use again.

They got the job done - but their lack of communication was frustrating.

I would give them negative stars if it were possible. The worst quality beds we have ever received. The pictures on the website are extremely misleading, do not go with them. The sizing & colours were also wrong and they charged way too much for customisations. Just for comparison Ikea would have been better quality at their prices - at least it would have been upto a certain standard. The delivery experience was miserable the first time as the delivery driver refused to deliver certain parts to our place. Second attempt for delivery was good, so they at least sorted that out.

Bought samples on the websites, it said 10 days shipping which is already quite long (free but they don't offer any paid shipping that would be quicker). sent emails and messages on the customer support and after 25 days of ordering I got a replying saying that Royal Mail might have lost it and I need to buy it again. Very poor customer service

recently ordered a bed frame from this company and paid extra for assembly, expecting a hassle-free experience. Unfortunately, the delivery was very disappointing.

The driver refused to bring the bed frame inside and instead wanted to leave it outside, which completely defeats the purpose of paying for delivery and assembly. This was especially inconvenient given the size and weight of the item.

Overall, the service did not match what was advertised or what I paid for. I would not recommend paying extra for assembly if this is the level of service provided.

I hope the company improves its delivery standards and ensures staff follow the agreed service in future.

What a pleasure dealing with Elliot’s beds - even from way down in Hampshire.

The initial order saw me ask questions which were quickly answered via what’s app (a first liaising with a business like this for me!). The order was delivered most successfully with brilliant tracking and installation service and the quality of the double bed and mattress is outstanding!

Better still is the value - bought when a special was on but way more competitive than a big retailer we nearly ordered through - especially comparing quality!

I’d highly recommend Elliot’s beds and will definitely be singing their praises to all who may mention needing a new bed!

I ordered two mattresses and only received ones after 5 days I am still waiting on my delivery with no communication from your company to update me but yet you sending this review as if my order is completed. Really disappointing- first and last time.

The mattress is great the only problem was with the delivery.
We was told the delivery would be scheduled for Thursday, Friday or Saturday and we would be able to choose the day. This proved to be false, we was informed the only day available was actually a Wednesday. We had made plans based on the information supplied so I was not at home on the Wednesday and the delivery people didn’t think it was their job to actually put the mattress in the house. They believed the front garden (it was raining) was sufficient. We didn’t want it delivered to the bedroom but just inside the front door in the hall, they did eventually agree but it took my wife some time to convince them.
This coupled with the conflicting information on the delivery time, an email stating 7 to 10, a phone call stating 7:30 to 10:30, a further email reverting to 7 to 10, an email with an eta of 10:30 with the delivery actually being 9:15, resulting in the lost of a star.

The fabric has been stapled to the bed frame with no care. There are dozens of staples which have not been finished and the ends are sticking out. Terrible the damage to your new mattress? New bed linen?
Your toes and hands as you walk around and make the bed? Not a luxurious finish or feel. Minimal upholstery fillings so that all you feel is the hard square edges of the framework. The fabric (coniston) is very thin and stretchy. The bed has a unpleasant odour that has not disappeared for weeks now. There was Parts missing and this took several online/emails/phone calls to resolve. I would not recommend this company for your next bed purchase.
