What can I say.. total rubbish.. no way to return at a decent cost as they have to be sent to China!!!! And refunds...well im still waiting since the beginning of Jan
What a joke!

Poor quality shoes -so disappointing l didn’t even try them on.
I sent them back to China as requested by the Ellison shop in London.
Six weeks later I’m still waiting for a refund.
Absolute disgrace -how do they remain in business?

Chinese company suggesting they are London based.Quality poor,sizing incorrect.Only able to obtain refund if returned to China at customer cost.( Worth looking at royal mail as not as expensive as believed to return).No good approaching credit card company IF return address has been supplied even if you have offered 15 days to company to collect. DO NOT BUY from this company.it is a scam

Absolute scammers. I’ve just read all the other reviews and my experience is exactly the same. Received rubbish small plastic boots, nothing like those advertised, leather!!!
Lots of emails answered with put offs then told to send photos for a full money back and no further response to my emails.£30 down the drain and much hassle.

This company could not improve, they don't deserve even 1 star .rubbish product not as described plastic, thin,rubbish. 100% return money back guarantee a load of rubbish you are required to send to china which costs as much as the item. Not based in London

STEER WELL CLEAR
As others I would give a minus rating if I could. The boots which were meant to be leather orthopaedic are not anything like it. Repeated contacts and promises of refunds have resulted in nothing. I'm dealing with the problem with my bank now.

Would give zero if I could - fraudulent from start to finish. “Premium Leather” boots are in fact cheap and extremely tacky plastic boots. Not fit for purpose. Return procedure is as other have suggested, another scam - eventually negotiated a 40% refund however despite numerous promises the refund has not been made.

Appalling company. Crap goods, nothing like the photo. Say coming via Royal Mail. Arrived by Yodal. Boots stuffed in padded envelope.
Then want you to return to China paying the return cost. Offer you 20% back, keep goods
Not interested in UK Consumer Law. Lucky I know what to do and got a charge back via my bank

SCAMMERS ROBBERS CHEATS Please be warned do not but from this terrible company they are nothing but cheats scammers and liars .There products are from sweat shops from china the pictures are nothing like you buy they do not answer emails ,Lucky i have a good following on Face book on my entertainment page where i can reach out to thousands of followers .I will be making a video about this company and posting it .You have been warned do not i repeat do not buy from this shambolic company .Our Government should do some thing about companies like this but there again you have more chance of seeing a flying pig

Didn't receive my boots. Though customer service are very polite they are totally ineffectual and full of excuses. Say they will sort problem then do nothing. Have resorted to a chargeback through my bank. Hope I am successful before the company closes down, which they are doing. DON'T EVEN THINK OF BUYING FROM THEM!!!!!

The boots were cheap plastic including soles
Looked like toy doll boots
Tried to return, but told had to pay shipping fees which were almost as much as boots cost!
In the end they returned me £ 5.99 !

Steer well away from this company. The photos of the footwear online are nothing like received. Plastic shapeless efforts that stink of glue. Ellison London is cheap Chinese rubbish, my £30 is wasted. I can’t be bothered to return as quoted £21 postage. Not even fit for a charity bag. Be warned everyone!!

I ordered “Orthopaedic” leather boots in Grey. What I got was a joke. Plastic boots if you could call them that and 3 sizes too small, not that I would be wearing them. This company gives the impression they operate from London. It don’t be fooled they come from China. I paid £26.96 and was told I could return them but they had to be sent by tracked parcel. That was going to cost £23.50!!!
I emailed and argued with the company and I am now receiving a 50% refund which is the best I can get. I’ve also reported them to my bank as scam artists. I wish I could put pictures on here.

Totally misleading advertising. The shoes I ordered look nothing like the pictures. Poor quality plastic badly constructed. Absolute joke. I was stupid to order from them. I read some good reviews obviously from the company themselves. I was told I would have to post the shoes to an address in Asia if I wanted a full refund. It's a scam.
Don't be fooled. Do not order from this scam organisation. It's disgraceful that they are allowed to operate😡

Bought a pair of boots online. Very poor quality and a sizing was wrong. Even though it says they are London based you have to send them back to China which usually costs more than the boots. Really bad customer service.

What a fool I was.
Advertised as orthopaedic support and soft leather, perfect for my needs.
So when these lightweight boots arrived from China and not London, was it any surprise that they are NOT leather and couldn't support a gnat,
The company were all very sorry, but when I insisted I wanted a refund, they went very quiet.
So, in order to get a refund, I have to return them to China and pay said cost.
Let's just hope it all works out.
Do not be taken in by them.

Absolute joke! I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering and thank goodness I only ordered one pair! Totally misleading advertisement. Poor quality, not fit for purpose. They purport to be a UK company, but after the order is made, it’s clear that the goods are from China. The people in the advertising video are very convincing and playing on people who obviously need specialist shoes. More damage would result in wearing the boots. Absolutely ridiculous to suggest that they are orthopaedic! Scandalous and, quite frankly, immoral.

I checked web site before I ordered and was lead to believe the shoes were coming from UK. Needless to say they came from China. The boots were very cheap and nasty looking and zip was broken.
The company customer services are non existent and wouldn’t let me return as they had to go to China at my expense saying they had closed their London outlet. They wanted me to accept 5% refund. Obviously this is how they make their money, supplying naff goods and not letting you return; for a full refund. I eventually got them to agree 50% refund because I was fed up keep emailing backwards and forwards, They say they had refunded 50% but hasn’t reached my bank yet!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

It becomes a worrying aspect of online shopping when we cannot trust what we see. When London is used in the trading name potential customers naturally assume it’s a British based company. Who reads all the small print! It’s a cop out for the company to use this as justification for not fulfilling our expectations of a full refund. What shopper would buy anything if we knew we would have to pay the cost of the item to return it all the way to China. Trading Standards should not allow this company to trade in Britain. Do not shop with this company unless you are prepared to accept a high return cost for a poorly made ill fitting product.
