Poor Shipping Experience
Great chocolate, poor shipping experience.
The Milka bars arrived on time for Christmas, which I appreciated. However, the way they were packed was very poor. An industrial-style serrated edge of a cardboard box was left in the box as filler; it sliced the tops of the candy bars open and resulted in a cut on my hand. Because I paid significantly over retail for these as a special gift, it was a major letdown to find them damaged due to such careless packing. The product is 5 stars, but the shipping experience is 1 star. I won't be ordering from here again due to the lack of safety and quality control.
