Their website has been down for days so no tracking of packages is possible. Aren't we paying extra for the tracking? They are selling a service which they are not able to provide.

I am not able to track my shipment and I do not know where it is, the web site has been down for days...

They don’t respond to any email and the track system still isn’t working.

15/3 out for delivery. 24/3 δεν έφτασε ακόμη. Σε 9 μέρες πού στο καλό τρέχει το αυτοκίνητο?Έφτασε Μογγολία.
Θα μας πείτε εκεί στα ΕΛΤΑ τι κάνετε. Τις κουμπάρες παίζετε?

It is totally unacceptable that residents of a whole country can't ship a commercial package abroad, because the web labeling application is down and not working. Second time during a month this is happening, let me add that his time the web labeling app is down for 3 days in a row (19-20-21/3/2022).
Also, according to my opinion, it's about time the web labeling app includes an online payment option. Seems funny that we can create on our own the shipping label, print it and stick it to the package, but still have to wait extremely long queues at the ELTA stores to pay and finalise the transaction.

Hope these problems are solved soon..

I sent a birthday card to Greece which for some reason went through customs and was not delivered to the recipient's address but instead to an ELTA centre. When I contacted them, customer service said there was a £2.5 charge that needed to be paid and the recipient had to go there, pay and collect the birthday card. I explained that this was obviously a mistake, as I have sent letters to Greece before and this has never happened. Customer's service suggestion AND an employee of the ELTA centre where the letter was, suggested that it was the Mailman's fault and they could give me his mobile number if I wanted this to be fixed. Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced!

They are incapable of delivering after 15.30 pm..! It would be funny if it wasn't so sad. Avoid.

Προς διοικητικό Συμβούλιο -----> Αναλάβατε το "τελευταίο μίλι" της ΑΜΑΖΟΝ και προσπαθείτε να κλείσετε και άλλες μεγάλες εταιρείες..... Με ΠΟΙΕΣ ΠΟΡΫΠΟΘΕΣΕΙΣ ????!!!! Δίχως προσωπικό ???? Χωρίς να έχετε αναλάβει εγξυγχρονισμό των υποκαταστημάτων σας ???? Δίχως τη παραμικρή ένδειξη οργάνωσης ??? Στα τηλέφωνα ΔΕΝ απαντάτε σχεδόν ποτέ.
20τηλέφωνα , ζήτημα είναι να απαντήσετε ΜΙΑ έστω φορά.
ΕΝΑΝ ΡΗΜΑΔΙ ΜΟΝΙΜΟ τηλεφωνητή ΔΕΝ μπορείτε να προσλάβετε στο εκάστοτε κατάστημα ???
Πρέπει ΟΛΟΙ οι υπάλληλοι σας να παίζουν ΟΛΟΥΣ τους ρόλους απο καθαρίστριες μέχρι εκφορτωτές και αμα λάχει σηκώνουμε και κάνα τηλέφωνο ??!!!
Δέματα απο AMAZON εδώ και 2 μήνες , παραμένουν στην (εκάστοτε κατα τόπους) αποθήκη επι 4-5 ημέρες .... Και μιλάμε για OFF Season !!!!! Ενάμιση μήνα ΜΕΤΑ τα Χριστούγεννα. Και θέλετε να βάζετε και τον όρο COURIER κάτω απο το όνομα σας ???? Λίγη ΝΤΡΟΠΗ δεν έχετε επάνω σας ??? Πάλι πάτε για ΑΡΠΑΧΤΗ ??? Επενδύστε τα γ@μημένα τα λεφτά απο τις νέες συμφωνίες στο εργατικό δυναμικό και στην αναβάθμιση των υποκαταστημάτων. ΣΤΑΜΑΤΗΣΤΕ επιτέλους να τα βάζετε στις τσέπες. Σε ΕΣΑΣ τη διοίκηση μιλάω. Ένα μπουρδέλο είσασταν , ένα μπουρδέλο παραμείνατε ακόμα και με πελάτες σαν το ΑΜΑΖΟΝ. ΑΛΛΑΞΤΕ συμπεριφορά και νοοτροπία γιατί θα σας πάρουν με τις πέτρες.

Don’t use didn’t even deliver important mail never responds to email. Luckily returned to sender.

the lowest allowed here. it is truly awful, nobody cares and the answer is 'that is how it is' a package from uk sitting in customs clearance for over a month. delivery from athens to igoumenitsa should not take longer than two days - yet still waiting. their website says item has been picked up for delivery in igoumenitsa to deliver in igoumenitsa. guess what - nothing. never send anything to greece using postal service. pay more and use a courier. altgoether it has been 7 weeks since the parcel arrived in greece and we still do not have it!!!!!!

I have been trying to get a reply from customer service by email and telephone about a tracked mail item that has been unloaded at Athens without further progress for 3 weeks.
The landline number given on their website does not exist according to a recorded message.
I have had no reply, ot even automatic acknowledgement, to 3 emails to their contact form.
Totally totally useless. Senior management should be ashamed

Been stuck in customs for three weeks now, I’ve been tracking it. Very frustrating knowing it’s in Greece, but doesn’t seem to be moving at all. I understand that we are in COVID times, but a little note on the tracking section saying that delivery may take longer, than what I’ve been told. I kinda wish I didn’t go with Royal Mail and ELTA now.

Royal Mail say I can claim on the 4th December as a lost parcel, which I wouldn’t want to do unless I know for sure it’s missing, or what’s going on.

There are no words to describe how poor the customer service and all the services are. I am disappointed.

One star because I can't give zero. They refuse to admit they stole my parcel and are saying it had been confiscated by customs which is a fake . Not honest, no credibility

One star is too much delays over month, and still didn't received a very important documents!

Έστειλα το πακέτο ακριβώς πριν από δύο μήνες, ακόμα δεν έφτασε, παρόλο που έδωσα 20, - €, τα ταχυδρομικά χρήματα επέστρεψαν στη Γερμανία. Το πακέτο ερχόταν από την Κίνα για χρόνια πριν χαθεί. Είμαι σίγουρος η διεύθυνση είναι σωστή, αλλά δεν έδωσαν 5 χλμ. στη διεύθυνση. Αν και είναι πολύ σημαντικό για τη διεύθυνση, έγραψα μια επιστολή παντού, είπαν ψέματα και είπαν ότι δεν είναι εδώ, μόνο. είναι μια χώρα σε αυτήν την κατάσταση, όχι μάταια, δυστυχώς, δεν έχω καμία αμφιβολία ότι θα είναι χειρότερη, ντρέπομαι που είμαι συνδεδεμένος

I send a package from Norway to Greece to my brother, 3 days in Norway and already 11 days in Greece and was waiting to get in the customs. 11 days? OMG. What service is this? All the countries suffer from Covid19 and there is no excuse after one year to have so useless service. I wanna see how long it will take there. Useless post service. To be continued...

Update 19/7/21: They have communicated in Greece and they said to one employee that the package arrived in Greece in 2 days and already now is 17 days and still waiting, he said it needs 3 weeks for customs declaration. And the big lier employee said that in Norway takes 3 weeks too. Really? Have you been to Norway? Have you received a package? It takes 1 week on average and a max of 2 weeks if is a special package. With DHL you get your package immediately with no delay and you get after a week a bill to pay for the customs. Little man, do you feel better by saying lies that others are the same bad as you instead of doing the work you are paid for? Lazy employees!!!

Update 2/8/21: 1 month exactly needed for customs declaration. Is this called service? OMG useless employees. I am waiting to see the condition of the package when my brother will get the package. If everything is working and everything is in the package...

Ότι χειρότερο υπάρχει πραγματικά...για μια απόσταση 10 χμ. κάνει να έρθει ένα δέμα 20 μέρες...πότε δεν επικοινωνούν μαζί σου και δεν σηκώνουν ποτέ μα ποτέ το τηλέφωνο ...ότι χειρότερο υπάρχει παγκόσμιος ..δεν υπάρχει λόγος υπάρξεις για τα ΕΛΤΑ!!!

Of course, as usual, the postman only delivers a NOTE. Then I go to the office to pick up the package, and no.. "Not here, postman have it". I'm so sick and tired of these lazy people with no work ethics what so ever. Let's hope the postman never meet me at the door while only delivering a note..

Where can one send the bill to ELTA for ALL the times I have had to pick up and bring home my own packages, that I PAID FOR to be delivered?!
