During the Holidays I ordered from five different online Vinyl record sites in order to take advantage of sales as well as determining which provided the best experience to earn my future business.

It was no contest: the assortment of Albums, the Customer Service, the attention to packaging, and the speed of shipment clearly illustrate how Elusive Disc excels above its' competition.

Because of the amazing experience I initially had with Elusive Disc, I continue to make them my go-to Vinyl record store. In fact, since December, I have repeatedly placed orders with Elusive Disc and have now purchased a total of 24 LPs in four separate orders. Each time I place an order with Elusive Disc it is promptly processed and shipped (free) via FedEx. Knowing FedEx is handling my shipment provides peace of mind and a product treated with respect that I know will arrive intact.

Whenever I have a question about a product prior to purchase, Katie Meadows is quick to reply with the clarifications and details I am requesting. Katie understands customer questions, communicates efficiently, and inspires customer confidence to facilitate the purchase.

I place my orders with Elusive Disc with confidence. Purchasing from Elusive Disc is a wonderful experience and I look forward to more purchases!! I highly recommend Elusive Disc.

Pay attention!

Look out for charges... we were charged for a CD that was not shipped. Blamed it on PayPal policy.... if this is a known issue then why allow this? Also you will be charged again for shipping a CD with no estimate date or arrival even tho its paid in full.

Their CDs are always packed very good and they are very polite on the phone and the refund was very prompt.

I purchased a record weight for $195. They sent me a used almost ready for the trash item. There is dirt and scratches all over this supposed new item. I wouldnt give them 50 dollars for this piece of crap. I don't trust them to make good on a return. If they sold this to me they might not give me my money back!!!! It's criminal!!!
