I've used eMax more than a coupe of times now and have never been let down.
Whenever I have a question for them regarding a particular product they are quick to respond.
Similarly with ordering and shipping products, you always know where things are, with good notifications, tracking and speedy shipping - I highly recommend using this NZ based company.

The speed of delivery could not have been better. We were about to leave on an overseas holiday when I remembered the last time I had used my camera the battery drained very quickly. Could i get a replacement in time? An online search showed several suppliers stocked the product but this one had stock in Auckland. I have been caught before with suppliers who fake their website to appear as if they are based in NZ only to find they are based overseas so delivery is slow. eMax is honest, they really do ship from Auckland, with next day delivery.
The batteries look identical to the original Sony product (apart from the branding) and although I could only do a quick test they seem to be functioning like the originals.

Excellent and easy to navigate website. Easy purchase and delivery of items with tracking number and updates. Follow up communication nice.
Products as advertised and great price.

Easy trade with no hassles and very prompt delivery. Good quality products.

Easy to order, had exactly what I wanted and product was as described. Very happy with my under cupboard kitchen hooks to tidy up my wee kitchen a bit!

Would give a zero review if possible. The site does not have a product review function and the reviews which are visible are highly suspect an look mostly like AI.
Products I have bought mostly don't work and are v. poor quality. Items are rarely as advertised.They demand videos of items which are faulty and it takes an age to get refunded.
The tracking function is useless. Items can be seen heading to and from the seller.There is always a delay in arrival. Always. They use Aramex which is a disaster. Can take 3 weeks to be delivered.
Don't use them, or Emax. Susan

Electric can opener does not work, when I contacted customer service they told me to send a video of it. Well it is not working what are you going to see. I am in my 70s and got this for my mother, true story. We are disappointed, but cannot be bothered dealing with this outfit.

Terrible !
No longer reliable and the tracking app is a work of fiction. It keeps changing it's mind on where the package is. The reality is that they don't know.At one time they were good...fast delivery and fast email response.
I ordered over 3 weeks ago and the item took more than a week to get to my home town depot, several times heading back to Auckland on the way !
So, it's allegedly at the depot but has been there for more than one week, getting lonelier by the day.
Big issue with their chosen courier, Aramex, who are notorious at either losing stuff or with-holding packages at their depot. This is the third consecutive time, albeit not with stuff from E-Max.
Anyhow, no response to multiple emails sent to both E-Max and Aramex. Buyers need to check the chosen courier before buying. If it's Aramex, shop elsewhere.
E-Max is done with me.
E-Max has a responsibility under Consumer Protection legislation to ensure their courier has integrity and is honest. Have therefore reported this.
It's dismissive to blame the courier when the company must by now be well aware of Aramex incompetence, dishonesty and unprofessionalism

The delivery was fast. Unfortunately the portable wardrobe I bought had two faults. The first was that there was 1 rod missing. I did however have a spare one from something else which was the right diameter. However the wardrobe would not take much weight on the hanging rail. The 800m long hanging rail fell down several times bringing the front of the frame with it. It seemed like 10 hangers with lightweight clothes was all it could take. This is hopeless. No weight limit was stated for the rail just 30kg for the whole wardrobe including shelves. The rail is Not fit for purpose.

Bought a wine pump, which did not work! found out it was not the pump, but, the Rubber bungs which was the problem, as they had hardened over time! but useless to get them to replace, as it was just more and more emails and then wanted a video,

I've consistently had very good service from eMax.
The quality of the products is good, and the prices are very reasonable. The best thing for me, is that unlike some other online traders, the delivery costs are fair.

Had the product delivered within 3 days. Product was what was offered.

The product, a hose leaked at the joint E max replaced it immediately I asked could they check the replacement before sending which they assured me they would but didn’t So I have two hoses that leak !!

Goods as described, good pricing. Quick delivery and good communication.
This is my second order from them and wont be my last.
