STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Absolute scam of an e-bike business. Went to the address displayed on their website and their shop doesn’t exist. Then spoke to Ged over the phone and was very rude. Cheap quality bikes and poor customer service.

We’ve carefully checked our records and have been unable to locate any order, enquiry, or phone conversation matching the details you’ve described.
Our warehouse operates strictly by appointment only. If you did attend our premises, we’d appreciate it if you could describe the building you visited, as we’re concerned there may have been some confusion.
You also describe our bikes as “cheap quality”. As we have no record of you purchasing one of our bikes and, based on your review, you did not successfully visit our warehouse to inspect or test our products, we’re unsure how you reached that conclusion.
