Would really recommend and have already done so. Company communicated promptly with any queries blinds look fantastic really pleased.

Unfortunately on both blinds the chain had not been put on correctly, we had to dismantle and work out how to reattach correctly. We did get help from Emerald blinds but it’s wasn’t straightforward and we shouldn’t have had to do this.

So lovely and bright now, I had a bay window and four other windows all different sizes, measured and re measured, spoke to the customer care for advice, really helpful.
When they arrived sooner than expected 🤩 had to phone for a little advice on the bay window, but pretty straightforward and again very helpful assistant!!
To sum up quite a easy process and a lot cheaper than the local shop who wanted more than double the price just for the bay window!

Rude - was told to "shut up "!! Poor customer service.
The ordering was straightforward, and delivery was within stated time. However, the fitting brackets were not included in the delivery. I contacted the company who sent them out next day delivery.
Unfortunately I was sent 13 the correct size and 3 the wrong size. When fitted the top brackets do not clip into the shutter but sit on top, making the shutters wobbly. I contacted them again on online chat and explained, politely, that I was frustrated at the poor service, and the fact they are wobbly. The guy ( Shaun) rang me and said I wasn't "speaking very nicely on chat, saying it was poor service "! I said I had been polite ( I have screenshots) and it WAS poor service. As a company they should be saying, yes, on this occasion we haven't done our best, not complaining that I'm saying it was poor service. He then said " if you would just shut up!". Unbelievable!!!
I have 3 doors and 12 other windows I am going to get shutters for, but certainly not with this company!!

Response to company's reply- so if a customer is speaking and you " can't get a word in", it's acceptable to tell them to "shut up"? Your responses to negative reviews show your immaturity in dealing with customer complaints and you always blame the customer!

Great service. Delivered on time and the blinds were well packaged and in perfect condition on arrival. Easy to fit and look great in the bathroom.

I wanted to buy roller blinds that didn't need screw fittings. After visiting a few sites comparing prices I discovered Emerald. I ordered 2 blinds for my bathroom. Delivery time was approx 2 weeks and well worth waiting for. The blinds arrived very well packaged. The fitting of them was very easy and fit very well. The cassette which hides the top of the roller expands at the sides to fit the recess of the window. My husband complemented the design of this product. Which I have to say is unusual as he generally finds fault being a precision engineer. So an excellent product in our book. Emerald kept us informed and their prices were very good.

Easy to order - very helpful phone call followed by online order. Chose a "no drill" bathroom which arrived within the delivery window and was a doddle to fit. All very smooth and simple.

I ordered 2 blinds for our French doors from our local blinds shop, fitted them and was happy enough to go back but for a further 18 blinds they were far to expensive, ordered a sample from emerald blinds which looked like a good match,emerald blinds supplied me with 18 blinds on time and were a perfect match when fitted, would definitely recommend and will use them again , thanks

Took delivery of a pair of Grip-Fit roller blinds today. Delivered within the timescale promised and the quality is top-notch.

So easy are they to install that it took me less time to put them up than it did to order them.

Would definitely use again.
