Best clinic for speed and costs of treatments
I was with a different cannabis clinic and getting frustrated at length of time to get my medication was taking longer and causing me great anxiety and also the costs and variety of medication at Emerald is way better than others.
I would (and do often) recommend these guys to anyone needing to take this natural pain relief.

Would highly recommend this company and their amazing staff
I've been with emerald health since the start of 2026 and I've nothing but great things to say about the company and their amazing staff who have gone above and beyond in helping me and not just on the medical cannabis side but my all round health and condition both physically and mentally they have even contacted my own GP with worries about the delay in some appointments and scans I have been waiting on and showed more genuine care and concern than my own doctor so if anyone is debating on whether trying medical cannabis I would highly recommend reaching out to emerald health to start your journey as they really are a proper helpful knowledgeable and caring company

A great service
The experience has been fantastic, great customer service dealing with a problem I had very quickly and respectful. Easy to order and processed and delivered quickly.
The only downfall is that some of the oils are not available, especially the T50 with which I started on.
Overall tho I'm very happy with with Emerald Health so thank you

1st class experience and service
Having experienced other private clinics for medical cannabis, it did not feel like private health care but primarily about money and profit. From day 1, my whole experience with emerald health care has been patient led, I've felt listened to and supported with a level of customer service that goes beyond what is commonly accepted and from my experience is industry leading.

I've found my experience with emerald health clinic really good.
There were some teething problems with getting my first link to the order pages. But it was easily fixed by talking to a very helpful lady in the phone. They were very prompt at getting going with the new site.
