Emojo Bike Opiniones 101

I ordered a bike 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything from anyone. It is coming or not? I will purchase elsewhere if it is not available.

Not sure how to review at this point. Email communication with Kevin has been awesome. The web sight is great, ordering process is good, nothing has shipped as yet "been a week" so no feedback on the product can be given at this point.

They were very quick to get me my parts. Even with this whole covid 19 thing.

Great customer service and super fast shipping.

I had no problem ordering the forks. But delivery is slow. It has been days that a label was made but ups has not received the package.

For some reason the delivery was a little late, but the packaging was very nice and secure, the bike is in very good shape and looks very nice.

Had minor shipping damage, due ,i believe, to not being kept upright, the box is clearly marked this side up. The bike was very well set up and adjusted right out of the box with simple assembly, no manual, but they were prompt at making all amends, very happy with this bike. Nice components, same as the big name brands. my friend rode it and ordered one ! I would highly recommend ! Thanks Greg R

This bike is awesome and so is the staff that supports remote requests for parts and service!

The Emojo bikes are a blast to ride! Living in the mountains, the pedal assist has plenty of torque to go up the hills without hesitation. The folding feature is great as well. I was able to fold up the bike, put it in the trunk of my car, and head to the beach for another fun ride. Wasn't sure how long the battery would last, but took it on a 20 mile ride, and only used half of the battery power. Totally happy with the Emojo so far. Can never go back to a regular bike again!

This is a great company with great bikes. I love my Emojo Lynx Pro. The customer service is also very good. Quick responses to all my questions. The only reason I gave a 4-star rather than a 5 is my bike came with the fork on backwards. I’m not real mechanical and did not feel comfortable turning it around so I paid a bike shop to do it for me (though did not think I should have to). The company did give me a discount on a rear bike rack (sure glad I bought it!) and sent me a bike light/flashlight. Kudos.
