I bought an Emovement Thor in February…
I bought an Emovement Thor in February 2025 and did send an email 3 months ago,querying a noise on the rear wheel.
Still no reply to that email.
This week the rear wheel had severe vibration and on inspection,6 or 7 spokes were broken.
Very light use of 500 miles in 7 months.
Tried calling multiple times,nobody ever answers.
I did receive a call late on Tuesday,and was told “we will sort something out”
That was it,no contact at all and ignoring emails.
I’ve tried to get the local recommended mechanic in my area(as listed as a service partner on the Emovement website) to try and assist in repairing my bike,at my own cost.
He can’t work on these bikes anymore,due to insurance changes!
Why list on the website if they can’t help out?
Evans cycles will not touch the bike,Halfords are the same.
Please think twice when buying from Emovement,as after sales service is non existent and impossible to converse with anybody.

after a frustrating hour or so trying to get the old battery out, I contacted the guys at the workshop and they sent me detailed instructions and short pics/vids on the process. pretty straightforward tbh.

E Movement were great
E Movement were great, they held a bike for me whilst I was sorting out my bike to work certificate that took quite a while. As soon as I sent this over, they processed and arranged a really quick delivery. When delivering, they set the bike up for me and showed me how to use it. The bike is great quality and works really well!

Great service
We decided to buy from E-Movement because they are a UK company and are based in Woking, so we could visit them and see the bikes before purchasing. There are so many online e-bike companies where you cannot see and test ride the bikes first, and deliver directly from overseas. We ended up buying the Pixie and Aries. They were both delivered completely assembled by Proovia Couriers who provided good communication about the delivery time. Both bikes are great fun but unfortunately we had some problems with the Aries. We contacted Mike on email and replies were quick, and the issue has been resolved. I cannot fault the customer service from E-Movement, I'm very pleased we purchased from this company. No issues with the Pixie, which is great for me being a little vertically challenged, good solid bike, looks great, and the fat tyres make it comfortable and sturdy to ride. It's a little heavy, but when I need to fold and lift the bike into my car, I remove the battery first which makes it manageable. With the battery removed it's lighter than other bikes of similar size/style/price. Very happy with the Pixie and E-Movement.

I’ve had my panther bike a few weeks…
I’ve had my panther bike a few weeks now and it’s great,many a trip around the canal system,great suspension and love the fat tyres,it was delivered on time full assembled,had to ring them with a query which they answered and emailed me some info.
