“This is a fraud website
“This is a fraud website. I purchased a product from it, but the full payment was deducted from me. Then the order was canceled by itself, and $50 was deducted from me. No one should purchase anything from this website.

Sharafyar placed an order that our warehouse picked/packed and prepared to ship.
When the shipping address was entered into our UPS portal up popped.
VERIFY ADDRESS - NOTICE
"the address you entered is invalid. Are you sure this is the correct address?
In other words UPS could not verify the address provided by Sharafyar and would not be responsible for its delivery.
Looking further into this order we notice a yellow fraud warning icon from the credit card processor. The credit card processing company noticed an Afganistan origin and an Australian billing address with a US ship to.
With a ship to address that could not be verified and a credit card processor warning we became skeptical to ship this order. Orders with a similar pattern always resulted in chargebacks 2 months later.
This prompted us to refund all but the 25% restocking fee. The refund did go through.
When told of the address verification notice Sharafyar produced a document from another company that picked up a package that he claimed was shipped to the US address.
This prompted us to ship to the address he provided but only if we were not held responsible for the actually delivery.
He wanted us to ship as soon as possible. By this time he received his refund. It was explained that for us to ship his order he could reorder. By doing so we would refund the restocking fee.
At this point Sharafyar abruptly cancelled the order. This was not a problem so we cancelled the order. The restocking fee was still enforced as per our policy stated on our website as he did cancel the order. Our warehouse crew did have to spend time and energy picking - packing and labeling the package while getting it ready for the daily UPS pickup as well as unpacking and putting it back in stock. Shipping boxes that we pay for were used.
