These guys are awful. They contacted us over the span of 2 months 5 or 6 times. We never asked for anything, we never wanted to sell our business. But they wouldn’t stop harassing us. If it ever comes to it, we definitely know now where NOT to go.

I've worked with Empire Flippers in the past, both as a Seller and Buyer. There's been a very noticeable decrease in their experience level recently. The knowledge level I had grown accustomed to on the deal making side of things basically seems to have evaporated. It's like I'm dealing with amateurs who have no business brokering deals. I find that very disappointing, especially since they're on the premium end of fees. Whatever decisions their leadership is making as of late are clearly misplaced. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Despite their initial claims of being able to sell various types of online businesses, it became clear that their expertise was primarily focused on small dropshipping stores. This limitation was not communicated clearly during the initial stages of the process. As a result, my business, which was a larger and more established brand within the sports niche, seemed to be outside their area of expertise.

Throughout the months that followed, communication with Empire Flippers was primarily through chat, with no phone calls or scheduled Zoom meetings to discuss my specific requirements and business details. This lack of personal interaction made it difficult to convey the intricacies and value of my business effectively. It seemed as though they were not willing to invest the necessary time and effort to understand my unique offering.

Ultimately, after months of waiting, I received the disappointing news that Empire Flippers could not sell my business due to its specific niche.
