I spoke with Brandon for months trying to figure out exactly what system we wanted. He was very patient and gave us lots of information to make our decision. We made our appointment and Brandon was on time, he did not leave a mess behind, after the install he went over how everything would work. He also helped set up our account online and on our phones. I would recommend Brandon to anyone.

I intentionally waited a couple of weeks to write this review. I wanted to use the system a while before posting on here. Brandon was FABULOUS during the install and was always available to answer any questions. The customer service rep at the monitoring service was very professional and made sure the call list order, etc was exactly like we want it. The system is super easy to use and the remote access makes it easy to be sure we are always protected. Thanks Brandon and EMS Alarm Systems!!! Job well done!!

He is dependable, reliable, and very knowledgeable about the system operation. He answered all questions and gave an in-depth explanation of how to use the system features. He made a follow up call a couple days after the installation to make sure we understood how to operate the alarm system and he is always available should further assistance ever be needed.

Brandon answered all my questions and concerns politely. Anytime I call him about anything, he responded by calling me back or coming to my house.

Brandon is one of the nicest , most professional , helpful person we have met in this industry . We have owned 2 systems and didn't have the quality of service , installation or service after the sale . Brandon Mills from EMS Alarm Systems was very professional and arrived at the scheduled time. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system being installed and was able to answer all of my questions. Mr Mills picked up after himself during the installation, not leaving a mess. I have had my system for several months now.. Brandon is always there for any question I have had.. I changed routers and Brandson came right then and made the changes u needed! He goes above and beyond! You can't go wrong with this company!!

Just had EMS install our new security system, could not ask for better service, very accommodating on schedule of install, very knowledgeable of the system, polite, Timely on arrival and install (which is important to me). Took the time to answer all questions and demo the system to assure I knew how to operate it correctly using all available options...... Great system
