I ordered one pair of foot massagers and they charged me for two, plus the price was higher than advertised. I am in Canada and they did not specify it was USD, so even more expensive. Tried to get the second pair cancelled, within minutes of placing the order, but they are claiming to have shipped them already! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They are scammers!! Plus they signed me up for recurring payments in Paypal (For what?! Who knows??) without my consent (which I promptly cancelled). They operate under the name FONSLIFE TRADING FZCO.

Update Aug. 6: FINALLY, after I filed a formal complaint with my credit card company, Emsense has issued a refund for the second pair which I did not order. That said, I would still advise anyone to steer clear of this company. There are dozens of complaints just like mine. They trade under the name fonslife emsense they will double your order don't tell you it is USD and until you have paid through your card you don't know. Use ai to communicate so you just get repetitive Q and A then tried to get away with keeping the returned product and my money. If you have a problem with them keep fighting go to your bank and get them on board to help recoup your money

Emsence is rip off. Doubled no. Of devices n added other products! Don't tell you it's USD. Was charged $268 was expecting to pay c$86!!!

I have a issue with a return with emsense
And every time I contact them I gat a automatic
Response say the will get back to me in 24 hours
I now have 15 of these messages and still no further on my issue when this review is posted I will get a automated response saying case no and the will get back to me within 24 hours it’s now 240 hours since I got my first response and still waiting beware of this company you will lose your money and don’t bother contacting pay pal if you paid that way they don’t want to know

Scam company. All in USD while professing to be in Australia. Loaded my charges and charged me for a physiotherapist!! Told me I can return my parcel when it arrives yet it can only be returned to the USA - and only if unopened!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with customer service is shockingly bad. I ordered 4 items by mistake Instead of 2, within 20 mins I realised and emailed them to change order, got told let items come and return 2. It took over a month yo get refund and cost me nearly £20 to return 2 items. Never use this company.

This company sells you a product backed up with
Free returns and Money Back Guarantee.
Their M O is to increase your order and inflate
the price,and just ware you down with endless
Emails ,eventually you get a link to a Returns Portal that closes after 30 minutes,you then complete the Return Page ,enter a tracking number, and pay postage to USA .
You would have to do this at the Post Office
As it took 2 days to get this link l realised l had been scammed.
They have blocked me my email connection to
their Customer Service,and now all emails go
via an automated service.
EMSense have reached out to me through
Trustpilot,just a questionare,with a promise to
resolve these issues.
All part of the scam .
Be Aware of this company.

I believe this company exaggerates the benefits of what they sell. I bought the ankle strap that produces vibration and heat to the ankle area. The vibration was weak.The strap design does not give enough flexibility of where it can be used. It might have a placebo effect and the warmth can bring benefits but little else.

emsense are a con do not use

I purchased 2xfoot massagers on 7th Feb, 2026. When checking my Gmail 2 days later, I found 2 receipts for 4 massagers, but had only acknowledged purchase of 2. emailed seller immediately, but just got walk around to stall me. After another 3 weeks pass, they email offering 40% refund and ok to keep extra stock
As I had no indication. on initial purchase that it was American not Aussie dollars, they had taken over $260 instead of what I thought was going to be $86. As I had not said yes to extra pair I wanted full refund but they were not going to move. As I had paid thru PayPal I thought they could help me as this was an obvious scam. Alas no, as there were 2 seperate trans, exactly 2 mins apart. why would I order 2x2 when I could order 4 in one hit and get them cheaper.
So they get away with this crime. Please be very wary of ordering anything from these people, they are a con
