Despite no win no fee case which was not looking like difficult with all information they got on gold plate they was not able to complete and close with settlement agreement, more then year we have to chase them complain otherwise nothing was moving forward, not actually accts in your favour lack of care which was visible by multiple deadlines failure, no respond or lack of understanding simple tasks by their secretary, complaints handling the way they never replay to the question telling you they did respond it's like you ask for apple and they give you pineapple and act like oh dear what you want ?
When you ask them what they did to progres claim they send you chronological order of actions not documents to prove they did something.
General 1.5 year waisted and for no win no fee case when they refused to act on behalf when we asked for documents to prove where we are they say they not able to act on behalf due to we not give them directions ?! They never listen they do whatever they want and not let you know, now for no win no fee case which they breaches from their side was multiple times ending up agreement as they realised they will not be able to take the money without question. Claim was worth EL low value and without win no fee is charged they play this I assume with more customers but most will not say it loud. We got billed for nothing as ended up with no papiework no settlement and no win no fee when they cancelled agreement issued bill to us for total of 8915 which is more then 25% they could charge us if they win but they are play safe they think as they cancell agreement due to they believe our fault.
So remember do not ask them about anything as on the end doesn't matter what they will send you bill despite lack of professional practice, missing deadline, zero direction and zero professional practice advise, unable to value claim then they will tell you low value when they ask defendants for 10k more.
Don't comply with ICo request for personal data, respond to complaint not relevant general time wasters playing on time and lack of your as customer law knowledge.
