Thank you very much, my ring arrived today and it's perfect, beautiful and is a perfect fit!

It was definitely worth waiting for and will enhance our special day, a lovely white gold band with baguette diamonds, very simple, elegant and discreet.

Although I wasn't impressed with the delivery. A ring on the doorbell and then just left it outside the door, what if we hadn't been at home? We received a message that it would be delivered by the end of the day...

Apart from that everything went fine.

For MONTHs now - for an address - they previously couldn't find - they are NOW going to send me earrings (that have already been replaced by a different company)! WHY on Earth would I want them? To say they are hesitant to refund me is putting it mildly.
Barclaycard and not the Police are involved.

The above remains the case but Barclaycard has at least known that I have never defaulted on a payment to them. On paper (anyway) they have refunded - 25.10.2022 - over a fortnight after my Wife's birthday - the £260 paid for the earrings that 'they' were involved in buying >> From MY bank account, which is where the money is actually due <<

Edenly got the exact place I stay and the apartment number of the block - or at least, this is what was sent. UPS could've easily called me but didn't.

Mail has correctly arrived in ONE DAY from Hong Kong address: "Nik Edinburgh" from someone wanting one of my photographs, as a favour, two decades ago.
