Enchanted Planet Opiniones

Great products and super fast delivery. The incense sticks have been great for keeping the wasps away!

I bought two deodorants from them. Sadly they were both over 3 years out of date, which was obvious both from the date and the state of the items. Although when queried I got a full apology and quick refund, I would be wary of purchasing anything from them online.

Whilst the apology I received initially was prompt and heartfelt, the feedback below to a fair and honest review (not "Slatting" them) would suggest they are not primarily focused on customer's genuine experiences.

Great company to do business with. Prompt service with great products.

Excellent product and service as always. Many thanks.

My order arrived quickly and was packaged securely.
The items were as described and as delightful as I had hoped.

Excellent delivery. Fantastic value for money 👌

My order came promptly and as they were short of stock refunded me immediately for the item missing. A personal note was included to explain. Would definitely order from them again.

The cards were really nice, good quality and we'll priced.

I have used Enchanted Planet a couple of times now, top service and lots of lovely things.

Quick and efficient service, plus I appreciated the partial refund after it was deemed that an item was not of sufficient quality to be sent out - other places may have sent it out regardless, so many thanks for the honesty.

Fantastic quick service and sending with a free treat inside which was a lovely surprise thank you x will definately buy from here again.

Unfortunately I received damaged goods but was sent a replacement straight away.

Great product. Really well made with lovely bright colours. My 19 month old son loves it! So easy to push around and the little balls on the reindeers wheels make a great noise.

Two of the three baby toys were fine, but one felt too rough and spiky (stuffed dinosaur). All of them had a strong unpleasant smell of possibly incense.

Product arrived safely. However, disappointingly no 10% discount applied at the till when purchasing for the first time .

The items I ordered were delivered as stated. Great company to do business with. They have a super range of gifts.

Trustful and caring service as always, thank you!

What a wonderful site for environmentally friendly gifts. The books and matching toys help me tell the children enchanting stories whilst they learn.

Excellent products, good communication & very well packed ! 🙏

Thank you so much for my lovely order. Beautifully packaged and delivered safely. I loved the added extra in there too! 😉
