emailed them twice for a refund
I emailed them twice for a refund of one of the 6month vit D packages, never got back to me at all.
Not what it used to be!
Initially I would of rated the company and product D3&K2 high but not now. I bought a the D3&K2 supplements last December paying 18.99 for 180 softgels at a high does of D3 10000.00UI. I though the product was great and believed it was helping me with sleeping, stress levels and fatigue. This time around I've had to pay 24.99 for 90 at 4000.00UI in a rubbish plastic like capsule. The quantity is lower quality of product lower and cost higher! Unfortunately I would no longer recommend for this reason and advise people to avoid.
Don't answer emails or return requests
First order i placed was for 6 months supply 10,000 strength D3 + k2, was very happy with this I wanted to order some for my elderly brother but they have been totally out of stock for the last 3 months. An offer came through my email for what I thoug
ht was 6 months of the 4000 strength for £12 so I got these for him instead but when they arrived I realised they were only 3 months supply and wanted to return them as I don't think that's a good price for low dosage.
I have sent them 2 emails requesting a return
and never replied to either of them and they state I would get a reply in 48hr but it's been over a week , won't be using them again.
Edit. They emailed me an hour after I wrote this review with a full refund.

I Sent a email to yourself but I havnt had no reply I ordered 3 bags of your K2 vitamin D3 but only ended up with two so you taken a payment but havnt provided me with all of my order or replied back i can't phone you because there's no contact number just a email address I find that a bit dodgy.. only can contact by email as most business these days do even have a mobile or a phone number to contact companies on i think to be honest your false advertising, false leading people in orders and taken the money but not honouring what the person has order from your site and reply to my email might help as I find that very dodgy to if these isn't sorted I will be taking the matter up with the trading standards authority and the ombudsman for businesses.
Terrible response to queries
I have tried to contact Enclar as my order was delivered to a wrong address and I have been unable to retrieve it as my neighbours are thieving scumbags. Not Enclars fault I know as it's Royal Mail's fault but I have sent 2 messages about this to see what my options are and have had no response at all. They say they will respond in 48 hours on the website but it's now been 4 days since my 1st message was sent to them. Not happy at all as have no product and out of pocket too. I can't even claim via Royal Mail as they say the company need to make the claim.
Avoid this company!
Be careful ordering from this company! I ordered the D3/K2 after seeing an ad on instagram. I made a stupid error, I didn’t check if I could take them with my medication. As soon as I realised my mistake, I emailed them and explained what I’d done and asked them to cancel the order.
Instead of doing this, they proceeded to send the order out to me, despite me mailing them on all their contact emails several times. To date, I have still not had a response, yet the order has been received.
In addition, after researching D3/K2, you can buy them for 1/3 of the price they charge from many other reputable brands. Don’t be fooled like me..

Think this is a SCAM Can’t tell you about the product I ordered 8 days ago as I have yet to received it. I have tried to email the customer service email address but the emails just bounce back as undelivered. I have had no contact from this site other than to confirm my order but of course they have taken my money.
Very disappointed as the site looked so professional. Please be cautious

1-3 days. 3 days in, my order said it was still be prepared and was not dispatched. I emailed the company as I ordered for it to arrive before I left the country for 3 months, and have still not had a reply. It was delivered after 7 days. More fool me for actually believing their delivery timeframes. Not even a reply from the company to simply apologise.
Can’t review the product as I now won’t have an opportunity to try it for 3 months. I hope it doesn’t have a short expiry like some of the other posts are suggesting.

I found out product was not suitable…
I found out product was not suitable for vegetarians so wanted to return it. This companies customer service is non existent, they do not respond to emails so I haven’t a clue how to return, as they say on their website to contact them first.
