This company is THE WORST

This company is THE WORST. Honestly, I can't believe I allowed myself to get caught up in their marketing hype. When buying, there was no mention of a "subscription" and no mention of what the charge would be for the unmentioned subscription. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the charge hit my account. I dealt with 4 different entities to finally get it cancelled. There is no contact information anywhere, not connected to my paypal, not on any paperwork. The lack of info, the apparent shell game with the 4 entities, led me to highly question the authenticity of the product itself. I took two months with with zero change in any of my conditions. I wish I could send it to a lab for testing but I don't care enough. It's probably gelatin and sawdust. Save yourself some money, frustration, and major hassles and DO NOT BUY.

Absolutely horrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience, will say the protaflo dr Kyle knows what he talking about but these corporate assholes sign you up for subscription you can’t cancel . Only contact is thru email third email I finally got response asking to fill out a form why before the tel me how to cancel , I had to call my bank Do Not Purchase anything from them online

BEWARE

Billed over $100 more than quoted in sms. Complete RIP OFF I am 74 and can NOT afford to be ripped off SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE. The final cost is $100 per $39 bottle. It's not a cure for cancer for God sake. BE AWARE BEFORE BUYING...

It is a scam!

It is a scam!! I have been charged for one shipment of Akka ($149)which raised my blood pressure 30 points. I was then charged (credit card) for a second order which I didn’t request. No shipment. No refund as promised.

We strongly recommend reaching out to your doctor to discuss what happened and make sure your blood pressure is being monitored properly.

Regarding the charges, our website works in a way where we provide discounts for customers who order more products. An offer appears after the initial purchase, and it's possible you may have unknowingly clicked on it during checkout, which is why you received the second charge.

That said, our customer service team has already provided you with a return label. Please check your email for the label so you can return the order. Once our warehouse confirms and processes the return, we'll issue your refund right away.

tried to return PROTAFLO product...no luck

I received the PROTAFLO product and when deciding that it did not work for me I sent a request within their return window 2 times to their website to return the product and never received a reply.
I notified the credit card company and got a full credit pending their investigation.

Enclavebioactives billed my card for…

Enclavebioactives billed my card for $280.80 for a order I cancelled last Sept. Also never received the merchandise. Spent over two hours trying to correct the problem,cancel the order or at least send the merchandise. Complete runaround,than wanted to charge me to talk by phone. Looks like I am going to eat this charge. Will never deal with them again

I’ve been using their gut health supplement!

I’ve been trying to be more intentional about my gut health lately, especially as a busy mom, and this has honestly been such an easy addition to my routine. I love that it’s just a simple 2 capsules a day with food!

I’ve noticed my digestion feels more regular and comfortable, and I don’t feel as bloated or heavy after meals. It’s not one of those quick-fix type products, it feels more like it’s actually supporting things long-term, which I really appreciate.
