We're a little confused by your comments, as our records show your order was placed on 25 July, dispatched on 27 July, and is currently progressing through the courier network.
Whilst we appreciate that waiting for a delivery can be frustrating, it's simply not the case that the order has not been shipped.
In fact, it left our warehouse shortly after being processed and has been in transit since dispatch.
Express shipping relates to the service used once the parcel has been handed to the carrier and does not mean an order remains unshipped.
We'd therefore encourage customers to check the tracking information provided before concluding that an item has not been dispatched.

Gran tienda pésimo servicio de entrega…
En lo personal siento que es buena tienda ya que tienen grandes artículos y a veces muchos de ellos son difíciles de encontrar en países como en este caso México, el problema tiene precisamente con esto al no saber cuántos impuestos tendrás que pagar el paquete se queda atrapado en aduana, el cuál aunque no parezca el servicio de paquetería no resuelve rápido, se que no es problema de la tienda pero si se agregara los impuestos directamente en la página de compra se podrían evitar estos inconvenientes
