I've been buying from ENDGAME for 18 months; they reserve much-wanted Pokemon TCG stock for existing customers, they price it at RRP when they could easily charge more, they communicate clearly and frequently, and parcels arrive on time and well shipped. They are the best.

Overall ended up being a good…
Overall ended up being a good experience but a little more communication could have been used. Pre-Ordered a booster box, day of release get an email saying im being refunded and pre order cancelled. I email in asking what happened and get told that I'm a "suspicious purchase" with no further details. I email again asking and had been flagged as a fraudulent account by their systems (I had a VPN on and using its alternative email function) which if anything is great that they are so active on a sale that could have been illegal, I feel the downfall was not getting in touch before the release date or before refunding to try and solve the issue or do more digging into it. Then when queried a vague response such as "suspicious" didn't help. I thought they was thinking I was a scalper.
After going through some checks to help ensure them I was who I said they heavily discounted my order to make amends which was lovely.
Great overall, glad they flagged something that could've been fraud but check before cancelling orders is my only negative.
