My insomnia started when I got pregnant…

My insomnia started when I got pregnant with my 4th child. It hit me so hard and I would go weeks without getting a drop of sleep. I was soooo miserable! Between being pregnant and having 3 young kids to take care of, I was falling apart. I was trying something new practically every night to help me get some sleep and NOTHING worked!! I tried all the sleep hygiene, herbs, teas, sleeping pills, etc and just didn’t find any relief. And being pregnant I was limited on what I could take. My whole life focused around my insomnia because I didnt want to go through another night or another day feeling this way!

And then I found Ivos program and it was life changing. Once I started applying what I was learning it was day and night difference for me!! I was sooo beyond grateful that I came across his program early on and didn’t have to deal with insomnia for years like most people. Thank you for all the help and support through my journey!! I sooo appreciate it 🙏

Pushy sales experience

I think the program concepts have merit and are probably based in good science. But Ivo did such a hard sell on me & kind of got obnoxious, I couldn’t even continue the video appointment. I never even found out how much ithe program costs.

You describe a "pushy sales experience," yet also state you "never even found out how much the program costs."

A hard sell with no pricing discussion isn't a hard sell — it's a consultation. Those two claims simply can't coexist, and anyone reading this can see that.

The truth is: you were never pitched a price because we never invited you into the program. We screen every prospective client carefully, and after our conversation, we determined it wasn't the right fit. That decision was ours, not yours.

So what's actually being reviewed here? Not our program — which you never experienced. Not our pricing — which you never received.

A 2-star rating for a service you were never part of doesn't reflect our work; it reflects a brief consultation that didn't move forward, by our choice.

We'd respectfully suggest that reviewing a program you never underwent isn't particularly fair to the businesses and clients who rely on honest, experience-based feedback on this platform.

It breaks the problem down clearly, explains why alternative solutions aren't effective, and then gives a step by step plan to beat it.
Additionally, Ivo + team provide customized support and reminders throughout the experience. Excellent program.

A Game changer in my battle with insomnia

I’ll keep it brief, though I feel I have so much to say. Joining End Insomnia truly feels like one of the best decisions I’ve made. If I hadn’t come across the program, I’d likely still be living a miserable life, endlessly searching for quick fixes online.

Thank you, Ivo, for inventing and developing such a program.

I would give my right arm to fix insomnia…

I saw Ivo’s Instagram video last year and joined the program. It took about seven months, and I conquered my insomnia problem. I stuck with the program and did everything in the modules. It’s really that simple.
I told him when I joined that I would give my right arm to fix myself. He said to just trust him and that following the course would put me on the path to a full recovery. He was totally correct.
The weekly support group calls helped because I witnessed others with my problem. It began to feel like a group effort. Thank you Ivo, Chris and the entire End insomnia family!

From anxious nights to restful sleep: how this program changed everything

For years, I struggled with insomnia. Night after night, I would lie in bed with my mind racing, feeling anxious about not being able to sleep and putting immense pressure on myself to “just fall asleep.” Ironically, the more I tried to force it, the more elusive sleep became. It was a vicious cycle that left me exhausted, frustrated, and hopeless.

Then I found this program, and everything changed.

What made this program different was its emphasis on acceptance rather than control. It helped me understand something that, in hindsight, seems so obvious: you can’t force sleep. The more I fought it, the worse it got. The program gently guided me toward letting go of the pressure and anxiety I had built around sleep. It taught me how to be okay with the occasional restless night, and how to trust that sleep would come naturally when I stopped chasing it.

This shift in mindset was incredibly powerful. Once I began to release my need to sleep “perfectly,” my anxiety decreased—and ironically, that’s when I began to sleep better. Now, I no longer dread bedtime. I feel calm, confident, and more in tune with my body’s natural rhythms.

Beyond improving my sleep, this program has had a profound impact on my everyday life. I've found myself feeling more calm, present, and less reactive to stress throughout the day. The tools and mindset I learned around sleep have carried over into other areas of my life, helping me feel more grounded and resilient overall. It’s truly been transformative.

An incredible lifeline, when I needed it!

My insomnia scared the hell out of me! I went from being a good sleeper (or at least, somebody who doesn’t pay much attention to sleep), to being completely overwhelmed with worry about my sleep. My Dad has suffered from insomnia for many years, so I guess I thought, ‘now it’s my turn and I’ll never be the same again’. The paradoxical nature of insomnia meant the more determined I was to ‘overcome this problem’… the less sleep I got! I spiralled quickly, amazed that my body could just refuse to sleep all night; then even more amazed when I started missing two full nights of sleep in a row! I sought help wherever I could (ruminating/obsessing): I saw a doctor, psychologist, hypnotherapist and tried a range of natural and synthetic sleep-aid medications. They all worked, but for a few nights only – nothing would sustain and I was devastated! Then, I stumbled across the End Insomnia program and enrolled in the free email course for a couple of months. At first, I just couldn’t believe somebody else was articulating exactly what I was experiencing, with such accuracy. It helped me a lot, but I was still experiencing frequent regressions that would dent my confidence. So, I finally took the plunge and enrolled in the full course – a tough decision, but the best one I could have made. The course material is so clear and thorough, it was like a mentor in my pocket as I worked to unlearn my insomnia. However, it was the empathy and compassion of Ivo and Chris that had the most profound impact on me. As I continued the very non-linear path to recovery, they were there to answer questions and provide support and I’ll be forever grateful to each of them. And now that I’m sleeping beautifully once again, I reflect on how much I’ve learned about myself through this experience – lessons that span well beyond insomnia.

The Very Best Insomnia Program

As with many who end up finding their way to the End Insomnia Program, I tried everything to fix my insomnia problem: medication (terrible), multiple CBT-i sessions, all sorts of sleep routines, Calm/Insight Timer guided meditations, watching every YouTube video, every Huberman/Walker tip for sleep, etc.

The cost of the End Insomnia program wasn't insignificant, but I did not hesitate a whole lot to join it because I knew by this time that none of these other popular methods actually fix insomnia at the root. I knew by now that my sleep anxiety (often exacerbated by the methods / "best practices" I mentioned above) needed to be directly addressed.

The End Insomnia video program, along with the 1 on 1 counseling sessions, were profoundly useful in helping me understand my insomnia and giving me tools and techniques that actually work. In about 3-4 months, my insomnia was gone. Furthermore, any time I now go through a bad night or two, I am no longer anxious (chronic insomniacs know how transformative this can be). I know that I have the correct information and training to get my sleep back on track — and it always does go back on track.

This program is not cheap, but it is the only program that worked for me. And considering how much I actually spent on CBT-i sessions and how much my lower productivity cost during those months of insomnia, it is the best money I have ever spent.

Life Changing

The End Insomnia program was a game changer for my years-long struggle with chronic insomnia. I had tried everything from prescription sleep aids to supplements. Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia only made things worse and left me feeling hopeless, especially since it was touted as the ultimate solution. Discovering Ivo and his program felt like a breath of fresh air. I finally felt understood and validated, realizing that pills and traditional therapies weren’t addressing the root of my insomnia. I cannot recommend this program enough for anyone struggling with sleep and anxiety. I used to experience heart palpitations when entering my bedroom, but now I feel a sense of calm. I'm finally sleeping better, more productive and present, and I feel like I’ve reclaimed my life.
