I rang these a few days ago trying to find somewhere to conjoin photos. This lady messaged me a couple of times to get my attention as I was busy. I was on edge about paying before seeing the photo as there's alot of scammers but she sent me pictures of other people and reassured me that if I didn't like it I could change it until I was happy. She's even asked about removing things from the photo (I didn't bother asking cause I didn't think it could be done) Well, I'll tell you now. When I received it, there's no absolutely nothing to change. I loved it. Absolutely spot on. My bf is really happy with it as it was a gift for him. When I find more photos I'm definitely going to order more. Beautiful work and fantastic customer service. Thanks again. I didn't think I'd have it in time for Christmas but she gave me options and chose the best one.

Rest assured that your portrait was hand-drawn. Our Pencil Portraits are all hand drawn on paper and then scanned then enhanced using our own developed software for better quality when printed on high-quality photo-grade paper or a canvas. While the Digital Oil Painting Portraits are hand drawn on a tablet connected to a computer.

I loved the personal touch - this company gave!!! They reach out to you on WhatsApp and really understand what you want!! They managed to put four different photos in one drawing!! It’s my husbands Xmas present, a picture of his late grandmother with her three great-granddaughters (who she didn’t get a chance to meet).
