I have had such great experiences…

I have had such great experiences ordering from Endura! I ordered from their Belle collection and I absolutely loved it! It is so beautiful and I can tell that they put so much effort into their products. I will definitely be purchasing from them again and I will recommend Endura to everyone!

Stunning!

Ordered bespoke, wanted a particular look and feel. And wow they are absolutely stunning; definitely as good as if not better than online. Love the little shimmers and sparkles it gives off during the evenings. Amazing customer service throughout, actually received the wrong size vase but problem resolved professionally. First time purchasing flowers so quite clueless but it’s been a joy! Thank you!

Don't Be Fooled Like I Nearly Was!!!!

1st of all, the 10% discount that smacks on you when you log in is a con along with the free standard shipping for a limited time only.
I don't know why businesses do this, they have just lost my custom for this reason.
I went to order 2 pieces one being a couture piece for a special occasion. Without applying any discount you get applied standard shipping. Says 3-5 days. I'm OK with that I'm in no rush. Then I apply the discount sent to my email address. I think great what a great incentive especially when your spending nearly £550.
I am shocked to see that I can no longer have the standard free shipping its basically charging me £50 for delivery with 1-2 days and therefore removing any discount applied by charging the shipping costs and removing the free standard delivery offered.
Think this is really a poor business move as I think it's really giving something in one breathe yet taking away in another you still should allow standard delivery even if there is a small charge and not force someone to have the delivery you decide so the discount is removed.
Its not like your needing to be so greedy.

Trying to get in contact with customer…

Trying to get in contact with customer service. No response. Trying to add engraving and gift card but it's only adding the flower. Poor service should be on hand to assist customers. Phone number always off.
Couldn't do engraving on website.
Sent an invoice via paypal, couldn't pay by preferred method, clearpay.
Customer service did get in touch and tried to call, I am at work during the day, I had to then call them back to discuss paying but if you work full time they are closed.
Gave up lost a £200 sale.

This is the best company in the World for beautifully presented Roses in stunning showcases, well worth the prices they are truly pieces of art made with love & the attention to detail is second to none. Exceeded my Expectations!!

I recently purchased two Endura roses, and they are stunningly beautiful. Their vibrant colors make them a perfect addition to my home. These roses have truly exceeded my expectations in both beauty and fragrance.
The floral oud scent which is sold seperatly has become my favourite I use it on myself every day. Highly recommend Endura roses for anyone seeking elegance and a delightful aroma.

Impressive & loved overall experience

I recently purchased from Endura Roses & was highly impressed. The roses are beautifully preserved, maintaining their vibrant color and natural look.The elegant packaging ensured they arrived in perfect condition. Customer service was responsive and helpful, making the overall experience outstanding. Highly recommend!

10/10 Customer service

My partner bought me a Belle setting forever rose 2 years ago and I fell in love with it instantly. I put it straight on a tall shelf so that it would not get knocked over. Recently I took it down to move to a different location and upon taking it down I noticed a black area inside the glass, on further inspection I saw that it was some type of bug. I thought this was crazy as the rose is sealed in tight so it’s impossible for a bug to get inside. I looked back at old pictures I took of the rose and confirmed the bug was there when I received it 2 years ago, however it seemed to have darken over time and was now more noticeable.
I reached out to Endura with no expectations as I know that I’ve had the rose for 2 years. Natasha investigated this for me and handled it perfectly, they sent me a replacement of my exact order straight away that I received 2 days after my conversation with Natasha. I’ve fallen in love with my rose all over again thanks to the Endura team!

Amazing

They rang to confirm they was wanting to be dropped of Saturday and changed ot to a Friday fro me witch was perfect and my wifis loved what she got for her anniversary

Poor customer service

I ordered two items on a Sunday, the website didn’t let me select a delivery option. It was automatically selected to Saturday delivery which charged double, this is unfair and is taking financial advantage of paying customers. I placed my order on a Sunday, which doesn’t make sense why I would wait 6 days to receive my package, when standard delivery would be quicker (and cheaper) and I needed the item for Friday, and on their website they state: standard delivery 2-5 days but expect within 2-3days. I emailed the team as I had not received an update on the delivery, and they didn’t have it on their system and further required proof. I explained the issue with the website and they said it will arrive before Saturday. Which was lie and they declined to give me a refund of the double delivery charge.
