Avoid at all cost

Absolutely rip off the item is soo small for the price you pay I would stay well away from this company and are better off using small business companies that give you value for your money.

excellent workplace

I have been working here a couple of months now. When I started I felt very welcome and the staff were really supportive. The hours are flexible which makes it easy to work around commitments. The management is great and supportive and understanding.

Honestly advertised, beautiful product

I ordered the petite beauty rose as a Christmas gift. The rose itself is flawless. Very cute, well presented item. It is smaller than I expected- this is entirely my own fault for not checking the measurements which are provided when purchasing! Also it is honestly advertised as petite so again that is fully on me!
The only reason I have rated 4 stars and not 5 is that I feel for £72 in total (£62 for the rose, £10 delivery) it would have been nice for the rose to come in some sort of gift box just for that extra touch to be giving it as a gift.
I acknowledge there probably is an option to add a gift box, but this would have been at an extra cost. I personally feel for the price paid, to then pay extra for any kind of gift wrapping would just be a bit too much.
In no way am I taking anything away from the quality of the product, as I stated before it is beautiful!

This will by far exceed your expectations

I bought a belle forever rose with a romance box and engraving I opened it for a peak to make sure it was all good and iv honestly never seen anything so romantic or beautiful! the little extras when opening it are just divine nothing will ever scream I love you like this does i am truly left in aww I also received it the next day after ordering this was worth ever single penny! Thank you so much

Very bad customer service

Please consider carefully before you order from this company they will promise you the world till they take your money and give you back peanuts
Back in August I ordered two displays from their collection at the cost of £400. I then customised them and paid extra for that.Alishba the sales girl was great took the order but forgot to mention that these products where none refundable regardless of weather it was what you asked for or not.
When the display pictures where sent via email to me I was absolutely horrified as it was very colourful display which I had not chosen
The company are now refusing to change the display unless I pay a extra £300 on top of the £400 which has already been paid
There customers service is absolutely ridiculous and appalling it has been 10 week since this has been going on
When initially this should had been done in 10 days
A member of their staff has done nothing but Harass me regarding the collection of the flowers but I couldn’t because I had a death in the family!!!!!!
This company has caused me nothing but a heart ache and grief and are refusing to give me my money back just be cautious when buying from them!!!!!!
Th company have held my personal hostage and are refusing to give it back to me even though I have already paid £400. They are insisting for me to take the display as it is when I do not like it or ask for it.
Further update
I have experienced difficulties with this company and the CEO promised he would try and resolve the issue however this has not happened
I am being bullied by this company to buy something they have created and not listed to anything I have said I wanted
They have now actually taken my fully money knowing that I have not received any goods nor have they provided any service they are refusing to give a refund
Endura Roses are very happy to keep my money !!!!!!
What a terrible company to deal with
Inexperienced staff
Bad customer service
And are happy to take your money and give you nothing!!!!!!!
Just beware when buying from this company

Thank you for your review.

As we have previously explained in our correspondence, you have paid for 2 standard bouquets that came with a discounted price and have requested us to make changes to match your preferences prior creating the bouquets each time. Moreover, we feel like we went above and beyond as at first you have requested the bouquets to include pink and blue roses (after a thorough conversation with one of our staff members that has suggested that this colour mix is not recommended).

We have still designed the bouquets for you based on your chosen colour scheme, and as you were not happy with the results in the pictures, we agreed to have a second call and create a totally different design for you. The second bouquets were designed based on what you have requested and the pictures you have sent of the bouquets that we had in store.

We have transported the vases from the store to our studio free of charge and we have called you on several occasions once the products were ready for collection. We usually give customers 5 working days to collect the products, due to space constraints and to avoid any damage to customer’s properties.

Your products were in our store for over 2 weeks since the initial call for collection and when your daughter came to collect, she was shown the products and we have kindly asked her to send you some pictures as well, as once the products leave our store, we have a no refund and no return policy due to the nature of the products. This is stated on our website, on the receipts and in our store.

Even after this, you were still not happy and have requested us to make the 2 bouquets for the 3rd time asking for double the quantity of foliage and flowers for the same price. We have explained that this is not something we could offer, and we agreed that you will receive the standard bouquets as shown on the website and as seen in the store. When you went to collect them, they were still not adequate for you and the in-store conversation with our staff became abusive – which is something our company does not tolerate.

We feel like we went above and beyond to make you happy, but unfortunately there was nothing more we could have done as by already doing 4 bouquets for you, for a discounted price we could not meet your request of creating another 2 with double the quantity of foliage and flowers.

Sales

I spoke to a sales assistant called Alishba. She helped me pick the right flower and she was such an amazing person she was kind, patient, polite and she was very knowledgeable. Overall I had a fantastic time at endura thanks to Alishba and because of her I would recommend everyone to go and buy a rose and talk to her.

Beautiful products & amazing quality!

Always had a great experience here, I have brought a few through out the years and they all still look amazing 5/6 years later so I just had to buy one again as a present and the quality is better than ever, definitely recommend to anyone looking for a gift for someone special or even as a treat for themselves!

Good service

I went to the store a a lil girl was stood there I thought it was someone’s child but it was actually a sales assistant. She was so polite and well mannered l, even thought she tried to rip me off but I respect it because it’s part of the job. But overall the experience was amazing that child deserves a raise.
