Gene was knowledgeable in going through the features of the delta pro 3, no pushy sales tactics. Previously ordered some extra batteries for two delta pros that arrived on time, unusual today.
I ordered a Portable Power Station from Energian last week, and I was amazed at how quickly it arrived. The packaging was secure, ensuring the item was undamaged. The customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. Overall, my experience with Energian was outstanding, and I can’t wait for my next purchase.
What superb customer service from this company. Ordered a 72000mh battery to use with CPAP machine. When it arrived sadly didn’t work. After testing called the company on Monday morning feeling apprehensive about next stages. Instead I was greeted with a very helpful person who talked me through a couple of possible causes before offering to replace with an EcoFlow unit… next day the item was safely delivered and battery pack collected. The service was stress free and I highly recommend. We would certainly have no hesitation in returning to energian in the future. Thank you
