Great system when it works!
Bought the ECO system 4 years ago. Paid in advance and waited 8 months for delivery.
We have had to have 2 new control panels and a new PCB board (the latter has been paid for including express delivery but have been waiting since December for the PcB to be repaired).
It turns out that the installation is incorrect.
Luckily we have a local company who will repair the system but I still need a PCB board.
Despite contacting our representative (who has had sick friends then fell ill himself), the system has been out of commission since November.
When contacting head office, they refuse to speak to me and will not correspond as I am supposed to deal with my local guy who is not available.
The aftercare service is shocking and no one seems to want to help. It is a big investment and the local representative has stolen my money and refuses to contact me.
Go elsewhere.
I am hoping that someone somewhere in the company will read this and do something about it…. If so, I will, of course, update this review.
Update: finally got my PCB board from the local rep who refused to refund the cost for ‘express’ shipping and his labour cost to fit. In fact, he claimed I owed him more money!!!
Found a great local company who replaced the PCB within 24 hours.
Still nothing from a less than useless Head Office. Maybe they only value corporate clients….
