A great team of lads who were very proficient and helpful. Unfortunately, there were issues with the weather which delayed progress of my solar panels. Pump up and running with no problems. Happy with the installation now that it is finally completed.

Engaged with Energien UK to supply and fit a battery solution to our Solar PV system. This also included having to modify the Inverter as advised by Energien. Quick site visit to discuss our requirements and then all works carried out in one day with minimal impact on our daily routine. Must say standard of workmanship was excellant, explanations and info clearly explained and the system up and running!! Even instructed on the use of the App for self monitoring the system. All communications with Sales, Admin and Engineers was exemplary. All at a great competitive price! A very happy customer.

Since we moved into our new property, Energien had provided us great support - they took the time to send one of their engineers to explain how to system works and offered continued help ever since, we feel confident under their care.

We have an annual service agreement with Energien UK for our Biomass boiler for the last 10 years and would not trust anyone else to maintain it. Mark is the only one we allow to do the job as he will not advise something just to get a sale out of it.

Had a great experience with Energien. They installed my solar array just a few days ago. Super nice guys, extremely professional. They did the job in about 3 days. Will certainly be using them in the future for any of my renewable needs.

I ordered a new biomass boiler from a different supplier in the winter of 2022. One year and a very cold winter later it had been delivered but still not installed, and the supplier was almost uncontactable. Energien, then called Howard Services. then stepped in, and the whole experience changed dramatically for the better. James Howard and his team have been brilliant- resourceful, helpful, efficient and delightful to deal with. We are delighted with the end result.
