I can honestly say working with Brenda has been one of the most impactful experiences I’ve had!
When I first came to her, I didn’t fully realise how much stress and emotional weight I was carrying. On the surface, everything looked “fine,” but internally I felt stuck in patterns I couldn’t break.
Brenda has a way of creating a space where you feel completely safe to open up. Through her breathwork and guidance, I was able to release emotions I didn’t even know I’d been holding onto for years!
I’ve also noticed a huge shift in my energy day-to-day, much more clarity, better focus, and a sense of inner peace that I didn’t have before.

I did my first 9D breathwork journey this past Saturday with Brenda. It's almost indescribable. Is there a word better than "amazing"? I have been diagnosed with PTSD. I hold a lot of stress and trauma in my body. For years I have been struggling with tension headaches, anxiety, and stress. I catch myself holding my breath quite often. This breathwork journey released so much tension I had been carrying. Sunday was the first day in months that I did not wake up with a tension headache and stayed headache free the entire day! The session started out with me being tense and honestly anxious because I had no idea what to expect (and why not be anxious...isn't that normal?). About 1/4 of the way through, I felt my body release all of that tension and anxiety and I just "breathed" for the first time in who knows how long. I relaxed. Truly relaxed. Brenda was absolutely amazing to work with and I will for sure be back, most likely with some family and friends along for the journey.
I wasn't sure what I was getting into when I started doing breathwork with Brenda. The first few times were incredible, empowering experiences. Then I was lucky to be invited to join her inaugural 12-week journey with a cohort of 5 other women. Brenda guided us through lessons and mindfulness practices, provided us with well-being homework assignments, and then led us in weekly breathwork experiences. Combining all of these elements made the meditative work so much more powerful and life-changing. Making the commitment to myself for these weekly sessions was the best thing I have done in years. I highly recommend this program to anyone ready and willing to do the work toward a more balanced life.
I just completed Brenda's 12 week program and I can't say enough about it. I am a person who holds a lot inside and feels responsible for lots of my feelings. Each week this program had us focus on different aspects of our lives and dig deep to get to the root of our feelings. WOW! I know I held a lot in but after doing the homework and breathwork journey, I felt like a weight had been lifted. I treated it like a college course and wanted to do my best work to get the most out of the class. If you want to learn more about yourself and what you are holding in , this is the program for you. YOU will not be disappointed. Give it a try, you will not regret it!
The Stress Reset Method. What a great experience! It is breathwork on steroids! Breathwork with Brenda is amazing on it's own, this program takes it to another level. The combination she created was the winning ticket. Each week had "homework" which came along with a video lesson presented by Brenda and then finished off with a breathwork journey facilitated by Brenda. The journeys were all different and focused on certain things, but all amazing! Don't let the word "homework" scare you. You do what you can before the journey and then go back to it. I created a binder with the "homework" as a guide to go back to. This program gives you a lift in life and helps at moments in life when you need that little something extra. We all have "stuff" we have been through that has left residue in our minds, soul and on our mental health. Take the step and invest in yourself and your mental health with this program. I have done a ton of healing work over the last 25 to 30 years for my trauma and PSTD as a result of childhood sexual abuse by my two oldest brothers. Many of it worked but no matter what new technique I tried, I could never fully get rid of my weekly (sometimes daily) nightmares. I recently met Brenda where she introduced me to 9D Breathwork which has helped tremendously! I absolutely loved the process and the fact I could do it in the comfort of my own home. The nightmares immediately died down where I still have a nightmare every now and then. Therefore, I'm continue to do work with Brenda on some of the other 9D Breath Work processes to see if I can fully release all of my trauma once and for all. I would highly, highly recommend Brenda. She is great to work with where she makes sure I feel safe during the entire process. So grateful to have met her.
