The team at Energize Electrical Ltd demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and excellent communication throughout the process of changing out a bathroom fan. From the initial request for a quote to arranging a home visit, providing a detailed description of the work with a quote, and scheduling the replacement, everything was handled seamlessly. All interactions were friendly, and the work was completed to the highest standard.

Weird company. Had Campbell come round to quote for an EIRC and work needed for it to which i was totally fine about. Then was gobsmacked to be told i had a disagreement and they were declining the job. Absolute rot, no such thing and a total lie. Neil also kept harping on about all these amazing (probably fake) 5 star reviews and slagged others off as cowboys too. So i think they deserve a 1 star. Steer clear of them.

Dealing with this company was fine and the installation of the EV charger a Hypervolt went smoothly. The reason for writing this review is the problems that subsequently arose. I had a problem with charging from Solar and Have identified that the CT clamp was wrongly installed. Second when I went to the distribution board the front plate fell off. It was left unsecured with no screws. 3rd the Grommet for the main power was not fitted properly to protect cables this could be been serious in the future. I cannot trust a company that left the board in that condition

Had a Simpson & Partners EV charger fitted by Energize 6 weeks ago but it has never worked correctly. It works as a dumb charger but does not utilise our solar generation, the whole reason for choosing S&P. When I raised the issue, Energize told me to contact S&P customer care to resolve. I have now been back and forth with S&P several times, with them asking me to make changes to the installation. I am not a qualified electrician so after several attempts I requested that they arrange with Energize to come and fix the issue. Apparently Energize are fully booked and too busy to come back. I don't know if it is a problem with the initial installation or the S&P equipment, but it should not be up to the customer to fix, especially not to make changes to an electrical installation. Energize are too busy with new customers to satisfactorily complete my installation, and I am very disappointed with the lack of follow-up to address an ongoing issue.

I had a Simpson EV charger installed and the process from beginning to end has been impeccable. Very professional service from Neil and the guys installing. The communication was great, always being kept up to date with the process.

Can't fault them, would definitely recommend!!
