I started doing online classes with Energy Fit Pro during lockdown in 2020. I've lost count of the number I've done as their programme is so extensive and varied. I've done core, yoga, fitness, strength. All classes have been professionally planned and delivered, always with positive energy from the instructors. Always varied classes and always challenging. 5stars/5 from me!
I started training with Energy Fitness Professionals on line during lockdown and have continued with the online classes they are an important part of my day. There is a variety of classes shown through Zoom and Facebook ranging from 30 to 45 minutes. The classes are excellent well planned out for all levels of fitness so you can work as hard as you want. The instructors are very friendly and welcome feedback. I think they deserve the title Energy Fitness Professionals as the classes improve and challenge your energy and fitness and they are certainly professional.
Great gyms, but make sure you cancel your direct debit manually if you have to leave the gym, otherwise they will continue to take payments due to "clerical errors"

All the staff are very friendly and clearly know their stuff. You are always greeted with a smile and nothing is a problem. whether you need a towel or guidance on a fitness programme. The staff are first class.
The trainers are extremely professional and are also very knowledgeable about nutrition and lifestyle generally. I would recommend Energy Fitpro without hesitation to anyone interested in improving their core strength, cardio fitness and lifestyle.
This EFP Wellbeing Centre is an excellent facility, open long hours and staffed by friendly capable staff led by a very skilled and knowledgeable manager. The personal training is precise and tailored and whilst some gyms may offer more contemporary or varied equipment this is secondary to the training and open welcome you receive here!
I had a great experience with Energy Fit Pro and would recommend them to other local businesses.
