Excellent service from Mark Steer. I really don't like being chased by companies trying to force me to renew the company energy contract and Mark was the opposite. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

I have to review utility contracts on behalf of a charity. Energy Bureau cut ot the hard work in doing this. I get a thorough review and recommendation(s). After discussion I make my choice and the paperwork to renew or change comes quickly and clearly. The advisor takes time to review the customer experience with an existing contract as part of this process.

Helped me navigate to the best deal, checked all the concerns I raised to ensure that I got the deal I wanted and will be my point of contact throughout my energy contract. We have worked with Anthony McClintock on several occasions, and each time he has been extremely helpful, efficient, trustworthy, and responsive.
As we are not based in the UK and our property is owned by a non-UK company, dealing with gas and electricity suppliers can be quite complex and time-consuming. Anthony handled all the communication with the providers, including the KYC requirements and business verification process, which saved us a considerable amount of time and stress.

The first time we worked with him was in June 2024 when we changed our gas supplier from British Gas to Crown Gas after experiencing ongoing issues. He then helped us again in May 2025 with both our gas and electricity suppliers.
Anthony clearly knows the process very well and made everything much smoother and easier for us.

What could have taken us many hours and potentially a lot of frustration was handled quickly and professionally thanks to his support.

We truly appreciated his reliability, efficiency, and clear communication throughout. We would definitely work with him again in the future if needed and would highly recommend his services.

Been dealing with Energy Bureau and Anthony McClintock for the previous 4 years and he has been brilliant. Hes always proactive and we have saved tens of thousands of pounds for fixing prices at the correct time which means we have had budget certainty and avoided price hikes, we are now sorted until 2032 and i would really recommend Energy Bureau and Anthony for sure.
