Energy Buzz Limited Opiniones

Great support from Nathan, as always. Very clear, prompt and proactive presentation of potential suppliers in a format which is very easy to compare. Takes all the stress out of renewal. Thank you!

As always, Nathan got us great deals and was always prompt and efficient in getting out quotes and answering any queries

They were always happy, polite and helpful.
Do not leave you hanging on a call and always return calls when promised and in 'this day and age' where you cannot speak to anyone and you are left hanging on calls for 15-45 mins at a time!
Usually within minutes any issues or problems you may have are resolved with good conversation and in a jolly manner!
I would recommend 'Energy Buzz Ltd.' to anyone who needs fast and efficient help in finding the right provider - it would have taken me days to achieve what they did in a matter of hours!

I Mainly deal with Nathan who looks after my multiple energy accounts the service he gives is excellent and keeps on top the of the renewal dates and rates. Since I have been working with him and Energy Buzz. We have seen a drop in the costs of energy at our sites.

Quick and efficient negotiation of our energy contract at good rates.

Mark was very knowledgeable and provided a very professional summary of the best gas prices from 4 suppliers across 1 - 4 years - one of which I had not come across before and was quoting very good prices at the moment. I have to say EnergyBuzz are doing a great job compared to other Energy Brokers I have dealt with over the last 15 years or so.

Nathan at Energy Buzz was particularly helpful and secured the best contract price when our small company inherited a 3 phase electric supply with associated horrendous fees. Fortunately Energy Buzz provided a much cheaper quotation than all the other companies I had approached and were straightforward to deal with. All subsequent dealings with Energy Buzz have been honest and transparent and I would definitely recommend this company. Additionally I find they always answer the phone and /or respond to queries and emails unlike other companies I have dealt with in the past.

Excellent service as always.
Nathan is helpful and efficient and does his best to get you/your Company the best deal.

Very efficient, use this company all the time.

Nathan, our contact from EnergyBuzz was amazing. Very patient, understood our needs and never pushy. Nathan gave various options, taking me through the pros and cons of each, but the ultimate decision rested with my organisation.
Nathan made what I thought would be quite an onerous task really straight forward. Speak to you in 2 years time Nathan, when we will be renewing again!

Very helpful and informative. All the stress of changing utility company removed.
Thanks
