Punctual, polite & steady work

Everything worked seamlessly from the initial meeting to the installation and paperwork follow-up. I will be recommending the Energy Centre to anyone who asks about solar panels in the future.

From my experience, the Energy Centre has been fantastic to deal with. The office staff, marketing and installation guys were all very helpful.

I worked for this company on a còmmsion basis. I came from a.bluchip pharmaceutical company as a Medical Rep. The sales technique to get people to sign is cloak and dagger approach. If you do not sign by the end of the presentation ( which is mostly rubbish ) its a no sale . Stay away from this company and use a company which has moral ethics towards its customers

I would advise you against using this company. On 18th January of this year, a pipe attached to a 500 litre buffer tank that the Energy Centre installed in my father-in-law's home corroded and the tank leaked. Luckily my father-in-law heard the sound of water before he left his home and he discovered the leak. If he hadn't his home would have been destroyed.
As it was, the leak caused damage to floorboards and the ceiling. When we contacted the Energy Centre they claimed that they bore no responsibility for the faulty tank. They won't even assist with the removal of the enormous tank - which was far too big for one person and should never have been installed. You have been warned!!

office staff are fine, beyond that an awful company. Says 25 year warranty, but battery isn't warranteed, you have to replace it twice over 25 years at an extra cost of 4000. They have in writing referred to my decisions as "stupid" and "madnesss". There was incorrect wiring initially, and they set my system to draw down nightsaver to the battery at night without asking me, and I don't have nightsaver,. As a result my bill did not go down, in fact it went up slightly despite having 8 panels. Dealing with them since installation in Nov 23. Also, it took ages before they admitted to the nightsaver after saying I didn't know what I was talking about. update16.3.24 I just found out that the inverter (which alters the type of current produced by the panel so it can be used in house or sold to grid) is only guaranteed for five years. So at point of sale the "25 year warranty" is extremely misleading to say the least.
