Henry Davies has again renewed our Village Hall's electricity contracts with courtesy & professionalism.

Henry Davies has been as efficient as always and once again got our Community Centre a good deal for the electricity prices for the coming year.

What a disasterous company they are. Sam Patel has not been helpful at all. i asked for the complaints department. i sent an email over a month ago and still have not heard back. British gas lite said we could cancel the upcoming contract over a month ago but needed this mob to do the cancelling, they didn't or i will say wouldn't cancel it probably because they had already been paid. now the new contract that we didn't want has started. do not guse this company or maybe it's just Sam Patel

Anthony Atkinson at EPD Ltd has worked tirelessly to source the best Energy Supplier deals for our small charity. I feel this has been due to his drive and determination to do the best for us. He has been courteous and polite throughout our dealings and has taken on board how important value for money is to us in running our charity. Anthony kept in regular direct contact during his research to ensure we were offered the most favourable deals on the Energy market at the time.

Kevin has been professional, patient and helpful throughout the time he has been dealing with our account. He clarified every step of our transition to another utility provider. We are deeply grateful for his continued work on our behalf.

Great service - not too pushy! Very courteous and helpful.

Sam Patel has an excellent energy knowledge and he has made a tremendous effort to save us money by warning us of impending energy cost rises. He gives us reports of our energy use every year and his computer knowledge is very good. His behaviour towards us whilst signing the contract has been calm and clear and he took his time to explain the benefits of the new tariff which he secured.

Wow! What a saving!! Having forgotten our contract was due to expire Chloe Jackson came in and saved the day! She has saved us a massive amount with both of our energy contracts. She was very informative yet still kind and patient. Thank you!

I had no clue that our village hall was paying too much for our energy and water prices. As a charity we desperately need funds to keep the hall going so saving money is vital.
Steve Ronak was patient with me as I was very wary having been called soooo many times about my Edf contract. His knowledge was outstanding and he talked me through all the benefits. I am very grateful to him for his expertise in informing me to help our charity.

Honest and on the ball, Karen Atkins has again done a fantastic job, she pro actively contacted us to offer a great rate and a contract extension. She is always respectful and efficient. When it’s not convenient to take the call she calls back at the time requested. She is very concerned to get us the best deal.

Just wanted to say how well Kevin has looked after us as a church. He has worked hard to get us the best deal possible so deserves 5 stars.

I used EPD 2 years ago to replace expiring contracts and encountered some problems at switch - over. The person who I was dealing with has left EPD and our account was taken over by Henry Davies who rectified the problem and set up new contracts that are highly competitive. He always answered my calls and emails promptly.

So pleased with Kevin Armstrong's prompt response, speedy replies to my requests to have both my electricity & gas contracts all renewed. Thank you so much for your help and assistance Kevin.

Like most people I dread sales calls but this was a positive experience. Thank you to Rose Williams who was very helpful and, despite English not being her first language, she was very clear and easy to understand. One bit of advice I would give her is to slow down just a bit. Rose was very competent, confident and knew her product well. I felt she took good care of me. I would be happy to do business with her again

San is a reliable agent we trust him to do the best for us. Find a good price for our electric supply . He is helpful and kind , sorts out our problems if we have any and offers ima quick reply to our queries . He is reliable in all aspects
