Ordered a battery, it took about 3-4 weeks in the post but turned up and works perfectly. I was surprised to see the poor reviews as I am Very satisfied. Thanks

Absolutely appalling service - After 3 weeks battery has not arrived and chased for tracking details. Tracking says shipped by "Evri 2 day service" but has not moved in 3 weeks since collection. Evri says contact sender and ask sender to contact Evri. Sent numerous emails to energystox support email address for seller to contact Evri. Seller initially replied saying "it has been shipped" and won't contract Evri or help. Now made chargeback complaint with my bank as not received battery.

Ordered a battery from this company for robot mop and it’s been a month and have not received anything yet.

Avoid this company at all costs ordered a minelab metal detector battery hasn't turned up contacted them by email basically they have my money so I can go get stuffed and don't contact us again they should be closed down

thought i'd been ripped off ,until i read the reviews. ordered a drone battery 3 weeks ago,still no sign ,not replying to emails and the phone,which i believe is in bulgaria,just rings out ,won't be using them again !

Energystox, is not what it appears. uk.energystox is very misleading as one reviewer stated. It is not a UK company and delivery takes forever. It is now 11 days since I ordered a battery and have just received notification that it has been shipped and will take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive! That means that it will be over a month that my robotic lawnmower will be out of action.
Delivery time is totally unacceptable and the length of time for delivery should be stated clearly on their website. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

Well, after a long wait, I received my order. Arrived well packaged and battery was fully charged.
Thing about this web company is, that only becomes apparent with digging that you are ordering from a Chinese company in Hong Kong and need to wait a considerable length of time before receiving your order. Any queries are unanswered until the middle of the night as by then it’s the beginning of their working day!

Wish I had read the other reviews before I ordered a replacement battery from this bunch of chinese cowboys. Battery was very slow to arrive but looked identical to the Beko vacuum cleaner one but it was completely dead and wouldn't charge. Went through
loads of emails with crazy questions before they then asked me to ship it back to HK. Most shippers won't accept lithium batteries!
I guess I will need to write off to experience. Don't touch this company.

Horrible company. Slow response and rude. Ordered little battery for the car, two weeks later still no signs of it. Asked for refund, but they refusing to pay. Avoid at all cost!!!

They supplied a flymo batter which when tested was not as advertised it was supposed to be 2.5MHa and was 1.5. When I questioned this the asked how I could know lucky the flymo has a battery readout showing capacity. after a number of mails they said a refund had been processed but it hadn't they then said I would be responsible for posting it back to Germany. I know they were surprised to be caught out, not worth effort of posting hassle and cost but this is to make others aware

I ordered intercom batteries on the 11th Jan 2022; still not arrived after 30 days.
Each request by email tells me that Hermes have the parcel.
Latest request for my money back gets another 'Hermes have it'.
I shouldn't have to chase Hermes.
Looks like I'll have to put it down to experience.
