They done a great job

I am using Energy Upgrade for the last year and a half. They have been excellent from the moment i ask for a quote for boiler replacement. Recently i need them to look at an issue i had, they came in promptly and got it sorted within 15 min, needless to say the issue was not with the actual boiler. Strongly recomment Energy Upgrade.

I had to replace my boiler on 5th Dec. 2025. There were a number of issues that required some further attention, but Energy Upgrade sent someone out straight away and all the lads were extremely polite and kind.
Today however 2 lads came from Energy Upgrade to assist with getting all my rads. working properly as there had been intermittent air blocks since the new boiler was installed. I cannot praise these 2 lads highly enough - they went 'over and above' to ensure all my rads were properly heating - even going out to buy a particular key for one of the rads that was proving difficult. Their names were Lee and Noah. So polite, kind, attentive and most helpful. Noah also cemented around an external pipe from the boiler.
If you are lucky enough to have Lee and Noah look after you, you are in very good hands.
Going back a bit further, Jordan was here on 16th Dec. and he was also most kind and helpful and very polite.
The electrician was James and he was here on both 9th and 16th Dec. and was very professional.
The boiler was installed by Ben with Ryan assisting. There were some issues on the day, but Ben worked hard to resolve them and was also very polite.
Stephen - the boss, was also most kind taking my calls if I had an issue, and responding promptly to any problem I had. I am very happy to recommend Energy Upgrade to anyone requiring a new boiler.

We were delighted with the service we received from Energy Upgrade. We got a quote quickly, which was cheaper than their competitors. The boiler was installed with minimum disruption. The customer service team are very helpful and efficient . Overall we had a very positive experience.

The best in after sales service unlike most companies that don't really care about their customers once the sale is through.

We had 16 solar panels and a 5kw battery installed by Energy Upgrade three weeks ago. We had received various quotes but the sales representative Cian was excellent. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He went through the whole process with us and explained features, costs etc. The price was also very competitive and a big plus was that the company looked after the BER cert and SEAI grant forms. The installation was within the month and the installation team was excellent. A big thanks to Niall and all the team who fitted the panels. The electrician Stephen was very thorough and efficient. We are very happy with the system and look forward to seeing the savings on our bill.

Had Stephen and the rest of the lads out to sort out my parents’ boiler that they’d been having trouble with for a long time. They did an excellent job and for a very reasonable price as well. Would highly recommend!

I had Jamie out today to sort out my noisy pump which I had complained about..he did not rest until he found the problem which was a small drip in a toilet systern..nothing at all to do with the installation of my new boiler..
To say im delighted is an understatement. Jamie sorted it all out and explained it all very well to me..
I'd like to thank Jamie katie finn and all the crew for solving this problem for me
And listening to me panicking over de last while...thanks again from one very happy customer

Aidan and Jamie came today and installed anew boiler for us they couldn't have been more helpful and extremely courteous overall very pleased with our experience of the company so efficient 5 stars well earned I would go further if I could

Stephen and Kieran were fantastic and did a great job at install, they were on time and completed the job in the described timeframe. They set up the boiler as described in the quote and took time to explain the new set up clearly upon completion.

We had Cian with us a few weeks ago for a site assessment for Solar PV Panels, he took the time to sit with us on everything from inverters to batteries and what suited our needs best. The whole process was seamless and the install crew were fantastic on the day & the system was already running by the end of the same day. Have nothing but good things to say about this company. If you are looking at getting Solar PV, I recommend you do so with these guys

Once I had accepted the quote the install was scheduled for the next day. Very happy with the combi boiler, delighted I made the switch

Our boiler and water tank were old, and having issues, and needed to be replaced. When we called, we spoke with Ciara, who was exceptionally helpful in arranging for someone to come out and helped us with any queries we had. We ended up needing to postpone the replacement and again, Ciara was very helpful in changing the date. Stephen and Paul came out to us on the 11th of July. They were very helpful, and willing to answer any questions we had. Finn arrived later that day to help finish off the job. The lads did an amazing job, were very friendly and nice to speak with, and even made sure the house was tidy when they left. I'd highly recommend Energy Upgrade to anyone in need of a boiler replacement

If you're getting a boiler fitted, good luck getting it serviced next year. Too busy fitting new boilers it appears.
Were great at organising a service but phoned me the day before to cancel. When I followed up a month later they told me to go elsewhere.

From the moment I spoke to Stephen, to the final call with the wonderfully charming Ciara, this experience was flawless. We all know how hard it is to find "good" people who know what they are doing, are reliable, are trustworthy and don't absolutely fleece you - EnergyUpgrade are amazing and I will tell absolutely everyone about them. These folks are not good. The are GREAT. Keep up the amazing work! 100% all the way :-)

Got our gas boiler replaced this week by energy upgrade.ie . Very impressed by this excellent company and professionalism from Ciara in accounts to Aiden and Camron who carried out the work. The complete job was done so efficiently and full credit to Aidan Foy for his expertise. Highly recommended
