I have been with Engage for a couple of months now, working mostly with Suela and Scarlett. From the very beginning, they have been incredibly supportive, always taking the time to listen to my preferences and provide detailed information about each school. Their reassurance and personalised approach have made a real difference.
I truly appreciate how they not only offer accurate insights about the schools I’ve worked with but also provide valuable feedback to the schools based on my experiences. Transitioning from full-time teaching to supply work felt daunting, but their guidance has made the process much smoother. Thank you both! 😊

I Moved here from Australia and I was with a different company before I started with engage. Giovanni rang me with a job offer and he and Tesh have been my consultants ever since. They’ve been able to follow through and support me with everything I’ve needed and have been so professional. They were able to get me a huge increase in pay from my previous agency. Couldn’t recommended them enough

Lenny sent me an email asking if I was looking for a new job. I responded and then he ghosted me. He claimed he called me when he didn’t. I gave him the benefit of the doubt though and thought it’s okay he’s busy he will call me. We eventually scheduled a call for a Monday few weeks back…. He said he would call me at 10am. I set an alarm on my phone for 10am on that day and waited by my phone for him to call. He didn’t so I sent him an email asking whether this was it and whether he was going to still call me. He responded a few days later and asked me if I’m available for a call. I responded again stupidly and then on that same day in the evening surprisingly after leaving him a voicemail he called back. Explained the process etc, got me excited thinking oh I’ll finally get a job and then when I submitted my documents to the link he sent he said he would get back in contact with me. I sent him a follow up email the next day and again in the evening followed by a call at 3:45pm that day, he claimed he had to call a client and then said he would call me back at 4:15pm and then guess what? HE GHOSTED ME AGAIN. I sent him an email, two emails again stupidly wasting my time and he didn’t respond.

He didn’t bother to respond and I give up.
Don’t come to these types of agencies for anything. They’ll waste your time with the hopes of giving your job and then ghost you like Lenny did. I feel stupid for wasting my time but now I know and I will never get in contact with them again.

Working with Amber and Suela to find my permanent teaching position has been such a pleasure. They are both extremely professional and moved things along swiftly so I wasn't out of work for long. They communicated with the school very efficiently and everyone was on the same page. Thankyou so much for your help, I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Engage should I need to find another role!

I've been with Engage from 2017 and I feel like they're part of my family now. I've worked with a few different agents, over the years, when I've moved and wanted assignments closer to home, and I've found them all to be courteous, warm, friendly, reliable and helpful.
My current team of Charlie and sometimes Alice T & Alice K, are always cheery, polite, reliable & helpful. They listen to my preferences & try as much as possible to comply.
Recently I had an issue & I appreciated how Charlie took time to listen, reassured me about my consistent performance over the years & empathised. This helped to soften an unpleasant experience.
I have gone from a full work week to 4 days & currently to 3, yet even now, they try to ensure I'm assigned for the 3 days.
I enjoy working with this team & would encourage anyone, who wants a role in education, to join Engage.

Having worked for Engage Education for a while now I can honestly say it’s the best teaching agency I’ve worked for. Alice Thwaites is amazing to work with and has links to great local schools. Alice is very organised and always gets in touch the week before checking my availability for the following week and ensuring I get work on the days I’m available. She is really good at communicating and I would encourage other teachers to join Engage as they will have a great experience.

I was was reluctant to go back into teaching after being on a break for quite a few years. After my initial consultation I was put in touch with Alice Thwaites who was more than accommodating to schedule. I've chosen to only to go one school and she always messages ahead for any days at the school. I'm at ease asking her any questions and she always responds. Great agency to work with!

Laura has been brilliant from the start. I joined a number of agencies and Engage have been the most professional, friendly and helpful by far.

It was relatively easy to sign up with Engage, they have been transparent about pay/holiday pay etc and I started work very quickly.

All the staff from Engage that contacted me are professional and don’t push you into roles unlike some agencies.

I have dealt mainly with Laura who is excellent - always contactable by email, a phone call or text message and has kept me and the school I am at up to date at all times. I would highly recommend Laura and the team at Engage.

Since day 1, Sayedul and Parth have made me feel welcomed and comfortable when I first started. Before my contract finishes with a school, they call me weeks before in advance to sort me out with my next contract. I feel that they prioritize me and have very fast responsive time. Both Sayedul and Parth call me regularly to see how I am which is assuring to me as it shows they care about me and to see if there are any issues on my side. Furthermore, they have provided me with a school local to me. This is very helpful since I do not need to travel far. I would like to thank Parth and Sayedul for all their help and I highly recommend working with Engage Education.

I just want to say a massive thanks to Engage especially Parth. Theres nothing negative to say about Engage. They have definitely made me feel very comfortable, positive and confident. I have worked with alot of agencies and can definitely tell you that Engage only works with only the best schools. Since I joined i have enjoyed every second.
