They promise discounts on every order and then the situation is completely different. Service rude and unhelpful. Husse products ok but London office service terrible. I will never order from this place again.

My vet agrees - good quality food!
Good nutritional food for my dog and cat litter my cats love to use. Keeps the “cat” smell at bay and the deodorant for the litter tops it off. My Scottie is so fussy. Trandreps are her favorite bedtime treat. If there is any problem with an order you get one to one help with very little delay. I have been using this company for many years. My date of experience cannot b singled out with one date. I’ve lost count of the orders I’ve received.

Excellent customer service, great products.
Excellent customer service, I got a call to tell me one of my ordered product was unfortunately out of stock, and I was asked if I preferred an alternative item, or a refund.
I thought this was so thoughtful and considerate.
The products themselves are wonderful. My cats love the biscuits and absolutely adore the chicken jerky strips!
I will most certainly purchase from Husse again in the future, and will recommend them to friends & family.

Product is great packaging isn’t
Product is great, but packaging is ridiculous. The bottle of fish oil came in a box 7/8 times it’s size with copious amounts of plastic wrapping. If I buy the product again, I’d like for it not to be in so much packaging.
