Excellent, timely and hassle-free service
Ordered food for the pups and delivered in less than 24 hours. Perfect communication from the wonderful Diane ,letting me know delivery time and photo / conformation when delivered. Very happy customer and doggos :)

My overall experience with Majid Rajaby……
My overall experience with Majid Rajaby and his colleagues has always been excellent with most issues ironed out very quickly.
The only concern I’ve had to deal with is the financial resolution on completion of an order. Too often the final quote changes from month to month, a discrepancy that each time has to be tackled and clarified. I appreciate there is always a reflection of market price changes, my delivery address which is at some distance from the main depot and the steady use of my much appreciated Discount Voucher given to me for being a long-serving customer.

I prefer to order my monthly supply of the Urinary Tract biscuits for cats by telephone. I am always greeted in a friendly but professional manner, and is able to advise you about the appropriate diet for your cat or doggy friend. I always receive my order within two days.

Great products and ingredients
The quality of the food is outstanding and my very fussy cat loves it. No more upset stomachs since starting to feed Husse Opus Lynx, which is high in protein and grain free. Delivery is always prompt and customer services is at hand if there are any questions.

80% of all the cans with wet food are…
80% of all the cans with wet food are dented. I asked not to receive damaged cans with my last order but still, most of the cans are damaged. It is not the issue with delivery because the boxes or packaging are never damaged. I’m quite disappointed with quality control and will be raising the issue with customer service.
