Bought my son some coins as a birthday present with the transaction being processed as expected and with no problems. However, delivery was extremely slow and the outer packaging of the coins was damaged upon receipt. Whoever packed the shipment squeezed everything in an envelope that was too small resulting in the damage caused. I will not be using this company again unfortunately.

I have used this company previously and had an issue with a product that they eventually exchanged after numerous emails back and forth.
However, this time I received a coin folder that was poor quality, I sent 4 emails requesting an exchange and they were ignored. I finally had a response when I said that that I was going to report them to trading standards, Anthony emailed me and said that the staff were busy and did not see the emails. They saw the email when I paced the order! He then said that he would exchange the item. I am still waiting.
This is poor service and I would recommend not using this company as they don’t want to know when something goes wrong.

Dealt with them for over 8 years and had no problems whatsoever. Good coins, good deliveries and good prices. Many thanks.

I ordered a coin key ring on Monday from English Coin Company at Burntwood and I can't believe that I received it 9.30 on Monday morning, plus it was free delivery.
I am so very pleased with the Keyring, it looks even better than it did on the internet, its well worth the money. I am not a person who normally leaves reviews but in this case I have made the exception.

What a great company to deal with, contacted them on Wednesday and just been in to see Anthony to sell part of my gold and silver coin collection. Gave fair quote on all coins, I had an expectation of what I wanted for my collection and it was exceeded. Payment was straight forward can’t thank them enough and will definitely go back in the future when I decide to sell some more. 100% recommend this company enough to anyone who wants a fair deal and knowing you won’t be ripped off.

I had a positive experience. I sent a small collection of commemorative coins 50p and £2. I didn't get a quick response so i phoned the company. The person I spoke to was polite and friendly. He explained that they had no commercial value to them and he would be sending them back. I got them the next day.

Just completed a sale of some coins to the 'English coin company' consisting of gold coins, misc silver coins, piedfort silver coins & annual proof coins. Antony was a pleasure to deal with. He came across as very approachable & knowledgable, and had a relaxed manner about himself. He responded to my initial contact in a timely manner. Responded to follow up queries with the same efficiency. Price agreed & coins sold. Would not hesitate to use them again

It's being over 2 months since I'm dealing with these scammers at English coin company. I bought 5 kilos mixed coins, when I asked for the shipping number they told me actually to send more money, which I stupidly enough did. After a few exchanges I never heard them again, never received my package and never got my money back.
Furthermore don't use PayPal for payment purposes because even if you haven't recieved nothing they won't help you get you money back.

I sold a number of Royal Mint Annual Proof sets - I found Anthony very easy to deal with, he offered the best price, organised the collection and paid very promptly. Overall, a very good service and experience
